Krath Tetrarch Report

Baron Zarco's image came on over the holonet. He sat looking directly into the uptake sensors and spoke,"Greetings team members. I am pleased to make contact with you upon the occasion of the reactivation of phyle Horsemen of the Apocalypse. Since the beginning of time sentient beings have predicted the end of times. Though different ages have chosen different vehicles to herald these times all have used the imagery of riders that will scour reality. The arrival of such beings, often Horsemen, bringing death, war, famine, pestilence and the like, is seen as the beginning of the end. Fellow beings, I urge you to embrace that imagery but come to view it as the beginning of the beginning."

"We have the opportunity to become the great levelers of our time. We are united if only in a belief and desire to achieve and maintain excellence in whatever we do. To the masses whose nervous laughter signals a tacit agreement to remain mediocre at best, let our assemblage herald our agreement to mutually benefit from our shared excellence. We will achieve and the world will say the end has come. They will be wrong, for the end for which they hope is but a beginning, a beginning of purification."

"It is traditional that each phyle has a motto. I ask that each of you submit up to three suggestions in that regard. The winning entry will be rewarded as our Summit sees fit but the pride of victory will surely, for beings such as us, always be our compass. Those submissions must be received by me on or before March 21 of the current cycle."

"I will part for now asking you to contact me at any time, for any reason. Many of you have more experience than I in the Brotherhood and I am humbled by your knowledge. In truth, however, we all have much to offer. Frankly, if we were complete, we would not be here. Let us work together, not out of need, but out of the desire to achieve a synergystic effect that no one of us could achieve alone."

"I will leave you with this, a quote from an ancient holocron that I have had the fortune review:

"Although it stands to reason that a warrior should be mindful of the way, it would seem that we are all negligent. Consequently, if someone were to ask "What is the true meaning of the way?" the person who would be able to answer promptly is rare. This is because it has not been established in one's mind beforehand. From this, one's unmindfulness of the way can be known. Negligence is an extreme thing."

Be not neglectful of your own quest for excellence!"
