ROBES!!!!!

Just going for a quick and fast couple of pieces of eye candy here.

'Winter' colours on a 'Sentry' robes Kit.

Click here for a screenshot of one of my working files... It shows a bunch of the robes kits I've been tweaking on lately, some that you've seen, others you haven't.

-> <-
The Newest DJM Perks

There are now two lightsaber perks available for those who have reached the rank of Dark Jedi Master.

Multi-Phase Sabers - By using multiple configurations of Adegan generator crystals or Novae at precise vectors, A Dark Jedi Master can alter the length of their lightsaber blades or change the color of their blades.

*Ultra-Violet Sabers * - By using specially treated Adegan crystals, and a high output energy source, A Master can increase the frequency of their weapon's beam, making the blade almost invisible as it works in the Ultraviolet spectrum.

So there you go. They'll be added to the Coming Lightsaber Guide on the Herald's website.

-> <-
Fan Films Review- Comedy Special!
Reviews done by Nekura Manji Keibatsu

"The Injured Stormtrooper"

Director: Brian Finifter

Review: Short and sweet. This isn't really a fanfilm; since it's only 3 minutes long, it's more of a comedic short. Nevertheless, it's worth watching- the concept behind The Injured Stormtrooper is that we never see a wounded stormtrooper in any of the films. So, what happens to the wounded ones? Or do all stormtroopers just die when they get hit with a blaster bolt, no matter where it is? The jokes mostly revolve around how to deal with one injured stormtrooper, but there's some good deadpan comedy- as much as a stormtrooper helmet can provide good deadpan comedy. Visually, it's a little bit painful- the effects are quite shoddy, but that's no more than you'd expect from a small, amateur production. Nevertheless- definitely worth watching for a few chuckles.

"Fan Wars"

Director: Josh Rubinstein

Review: If the last one was visually shoddy, this one is downright painful to watch. Apparently, it was first released in 1999, but it looks more like it came from the age of the ZX Spectrum- the quality of the entire picture is fuzzy and crackly, and the lightsabres/blaster bolts look horrific. Nevertheless... it's quite an amusing premise. It's all based on the Episode I trailer, but edited somewhat- the story is that a group of chubby fanboys get Star Wars powers and storm a theatre in order to see Episode I first. And there's a fat guy with some really bad Darth Maul facepaint. If that sounds like it's just your thing, you'll want to watch this. Still, I found it dated and somewhat wooden- the only real comedy came from the old theatre assistant guy being Jar Jar Binks. Still, the idea itself is quite amusing- you'll need to watch and see if it's your thing. If you can get past the horrible, grainy, crap visuals, that is.

I like the first robe, but for me the link to the 2nd robes doesnt work.

Fixed the bug...Sorry guys!

Cool stuff, Muz. Love the shading in the white robe, adds a lot of detail to it. That screen of (I assume) future stuff looks good too.

Wow, the robes are really looking nice -- I can't wait to see some of this stuff in "action" :P

I see them now, I love those robes!
So much variety and colors. And many different ides (not just one robe for a rank). Even female robes it looks like.
