It was odd to hear from Tetrarch Zarco twice within one week. His prior reports had been spaced between seven and ten days apart. Even the most dull-witted would, therefore conclude that there was something that needed the attention of the members of the Horsemen of the Apocalypse.

As the holovids were activated at various points spanning the galaxy, the sight of Zarco's familiar face just preceded his heavily accented voice.
