Concerns :

1.Warnings and Bans: Unfortunately we had two people issued bans [Schisca 30 days (July 24th)] [Wolvie 90 days (September 3rd)] I need to go on record that I have tried all I could personally to not be so harsh, but when people just don’t get the hint I have to step in and take the reins and deal with this. Usually I go with a warning which I can handle after discussing things with Jac. When it comes down to Bans, I go to all three CoJ members and allow them to make the final decision. So remember that when you are playing. Try and act your age. Use common sense, and treat others how you want in return to get treated.

2.Match Dodging: I’ve seen this first hand even before my time as Tribune, and even had it done to me as well. So people just because you lack experience to match skills with some of the better players in the DB, think about this…not everyone has uber leet skills at the beginning. Yes it sucks to lose time and time again, but this environment is suppose to be “fun” not worrying about win loss records. So what you may drop a game or two, sit back and look at the reason why you lost? Just remember if you dodge a match, things get ugly and people get offended. Especially when it’s a Vendetta, or Feud. As they seem to bring out the worst in people. Also for those new to our format of gaming. Dodging matches does violate the RoC [Rights of Combat] and can land you in my hands, or the event organizer. So even if you can’t match skills with the top dogs, don’t run and hide. Maybe you could learn a thing or two from them while playing and it cant sting to bad to play a few games.

3.Complaints: People time and time again, I get some of the wildest claims. Some maybe true, others are just people whining. If you wish to complain…don’t, stop right there and think…..”Does smoke have other things to do?” yes I do. Not saying I won’t listen, maybe I can give a piece of advice. I took the job knowing all the people would be asking me questions. Same as an envoy, house summit, and clan summit does. Mine however tailor to gaming and troubleshooting. But really I have had people complain bitch and whine. They go on and wait a few days and come back to ask why I haven’t done anything about it. My reason is simple, If you want to complain, or rant..thats fine…just tell me, if you want advice ask. If you feel someone has done you wrong….then says, “Smoke, I feel jipped. This is BS, and I wish to file a complaint.” Then I sit down, and figure out what course of action should and shouldn’t be taken. Usually means…I ask Jac or Korras =) When a decision is made then we act. Yes it does take a few days, and even can go on as long as a week.

4.Gaming Nights and Sunday Invitational Tournament Suggestions: As the time rolls on, I sit back and wonder what all you people want. I’ve gotten bitched at several times by a few people for a lack of this or that. But when they have a chance to step up, and make a suggestion they don’t. So here is a chance for you to make a difference. If you feel strongly about a certain competition that might go over well. Ask me. I’m that approachable. I will make sure credit gets back if your idea is used. Hell you might even find a nice shiny for the suggestion as well. Suggestions are always good, then I know where to go with things.

Gaming Night Staff:

2.Ill probally go with 2 people + 1 “special person”

Enjoy your Great Jedi War..play hard, and come win or lose….HAVE FUN
