Welcome to my first report as Quaestor of House Exar Kun of Clan Plagueis. After acting as Aedile for around two and a half months, and I started anew as Quaestor, for which I will stay as long as I’m allowed to. I certainly have some big shoes to fill, though, coming after Scorpius. He was an amazing leader, and we thank Scorps for all his hard work. He's always welcome in Diadem Fortress, wince he's the one who built it. I will server you all to the fullest extent, and farther. So, now, let’s get on with my first report as Quaestor!

Also, as you can see, these graphics are the same ones I used while I was an Aedile. I’m probably going to keep them for a week or two before getting some new ones. I’ll have to spice up my reports sooner or later, though. In this report is GJW updates, new SA courses, new Aedile, and some other tid bits of information. Hope you all enjoy, now on with the show!

~ Sadly, Scorpius had to step down as Quaestor due to real life, only adding to the phrase, “Life Sucks”. I was appointed the new Quaestor of the house, though you know that by now, and the new Aedile will be announced later on. If you really can’t wait, just scroll down a little farther.

~ The first two recipients of the di Plagia clan name were titled this past week, and they are Jonaleth Isradia and me. Thank you very much for this superb honor, I will wear the name with all the pride I can give.

~ Kromtal has started working on a three part Shadow Academy course that will go over the entire Sith history. If you interested in helping in or have a suggestion just drop him a line. The first part, Pre-Republic, was just released Thursday, so go take a look at it. Also, while we’re on the Shadow Academy, a new course was released recently titled Dark Jedi Marksmanship. There are also numerous more courses coming up on the horizon, as well as that new SA website we’re all looking forward to.

~ The results for the Investigations event were released, and Plagueis did very well with three people in the top sixteen, two of which placed first and second. Special thanks for Raken, Virulence, Jonaleth, and all the other Plaguians who helped boost Plagueis into the fifth position.

~ Due to our Envoy/Rollmaster Jaysen Erdon going on a ten day leave of absence, we realized that it was time we appointed an Assistant Envoy to the house. After going through a few emails, Erdon contacted me and told me he would like Silas to fill the job. Congratulations to him!

~ A leader is nothing without people to lead. I live by this motto, but it also works the other way around, for people are nothing with leaders to guide them through their lives. Without capable leaders, the people are confused, hopeless, and fall into civil war which ultimately dooms them all. However, they cannot, and shouldn’t, ever be only one leader for people. The reasons for this are numerous, ranging from assistant to take care of everything while the main leader is away to having someone to fetch the main leader a drink or cookie. However, one of the biggest reasons for this is that if that leader suddenly turns dictator, there is someone to come in and stop him. Without an Aedile, a house is unprotected to whatever the Quaestor wanted to do. This is why an Aedile is an important role in the brotherhood, and this is why only those few people who have what it takes to lead can handle the position. After reading through the applications I received, I have finally come up with Exar Kun’s newest Aedile and Protector. Congratulations BubbaX! His application was exactly what I was looking for, with past leadership experience and excellent ideas for the future of the house. He has promised me that he will strive to improve our battle teams, and I trust him with them. I'll get you on the roster ASAP! Welcome to Exar Kun, BubbaX. Also, I'm very sorry to the other two people that applied, I must say this was a hard decision to make.

~ For the first few days I was gone I didn’t get many emails concerning awards or Shadow Academy courses. I did however, have one hundred emails, about sixty of which were Great Jedi War related. This morning, though, I found a few more. So, congrats to these people, the first people to earn a medal or pass a course under the leadership of Quaestor Aabsdu di Plagia.

Events

Not as many events running right now, but a lot recently finished which means within the next few days lots of results will be released. This means Plaguies could easily rise or fall in the standings. Remember to keep posting in the run-on. Right now we're doing really well, out story is over eighty pages long already! In future reports I’ll try and include a bit more information, and think about some new ways to spice up reports since they can get boring after a while.

My vacation was ok, nothing super special besides sitting on the beach all day, but at least it was a vacation. In the end, though, I couldn’t wait to get back to the DB so I would have something to keep me busy. Yeah, that’s right, I put you lazy freaks over another day of vacation. I expect some drinks :P
