I have to take a minute to congratulate you all on doing a remarkable job in your DB experience thus far. As seen in the Consul's Report, CP leads the entire club in new member efficiency. This means we have more new members reaching the rank of Protector than anyone else! What I like about this achievement is it directly relates to you, the member, having fun here and partaking in what's offered. There's no way you'd go through all that trouble to acheive PRT if you didn't enjoy yourselves. So I say well done and continue to have fun. Everything here is what you make it.

As will be the case for at least the next month, most of the news centers around the GJW. To that end, I would like to point out to those who don't see all the emails that there has been a significant increase in overall participation from HSK. Of course you assume it's the salty "old-timers" who have been here since the DB was run via Pony Express. Not true. It's been you, my fellow Journeymen who have been making the difference in the war. Though we sit in last place after the last round of results, we aren't as far out of it as that seems. If you look at the results page, you'll see very few points actually seperate the 2nd through 6th place clans.

We're now nearly 2/3 of the way through the war and I'd like to strongly encourage you to participate in what you can. There will not be another war for some time as these are rare events often seeing years lapse in between them. The chance to compete against the rest of the very talented members of the DB is an honor not only for your clan, but for yourself as well. I assure you, if there's something you enjoy here and are intersted in improving in it, competition and experience will serve you well to that end.

This is a section I'm devoting to those members that show exceptional motivation and vigor in their participation each week. I understand a lot of you do a great deal of work to advance yourselves in the DB and I'd like to point it out here to the rest of the House and Clan.

This week's Rollmaster's Attention is focused on:

JH Julius 'Tolter' Caesar

Tolter has been very active of late both in the GJW and his participation in the clan as a whole. He's dedicated his time to earning his Knighthood and it's really showing. He's completed several SA courses over the last week with very high scores. Look for a new Knight to join the ranks of Plagueis soon!

The QUA has issued an AWOL check in the form of participation in the GJW. If the War ends and there has been no evidence of participation on your part in at least one facet, you will be removed from the House. There's no reason we can't all at least get in on one or two things with so many events now open.
