Welcome to my forth report as Quaestor of this wonderful house, and I must say that I am loving it! You guys are awesome members, and it's thanks to you that Clan Plagueis is such an awesome clan. Sure, others will say that we do bad in competitions and stuff, but screw that. We're the most friendly and... loving clan there is. I go to the other clan channels and see fighting and arguing, yet in ours all I see is having fun and joking around... or singing. This clan is awesome, but it takes a member to truly realize it!

Some new policies have been flying around the summits as we work to organize the clan a bit more. One of these detailed what each leader's reports are suppose to include. For me, that was all the current news and projects. This will definitely make my job easier, as now I don't have to worry about keeping all those awards and stuff you guys do. However, Bubba now is in charge of that stuff, so go on over and check his report for more information on everything you guys have been doing lately. Oh, since this report is very late, it's going to count for this past week and this week. As such, expect a new report on Saturday, August 26th to get back in the flow of things.

~ Super congratulations to Bubba who was recently appointed to the rank of Sith Battlemaster. Although it took some fighting, we finally got him this well deserved promotion, and all I can say is it's about time. All of you should know what Bubba does, but if you don't he's the main coder in the clan. He personally runs the Exar Kun and Clan Plagueis websites for me, so that along with his Aedile duties was more then enough to earn him this promotion! Congratulations, drinks are on Vasily!

~ There have been a few problems on the IRC channel where people have gotten out of control. Now, while I don't think this was you guys, I do want to point out that we should all learn when too much is. We're here to have fun, so by all means do so, but make sure that you know when you've gone too far. Usually, that's when other members start asking you to stop. If there's a member who is causing constant problems, tell a summit member, and we'll take actions to quiet them down. As a few of you saw this past week, that can sometimes include making your ability to talk disappear grins

~ If there's a problem that you see on the house website, please email Bubba and I so that we can fix it. We're constantly working to improve the overall quality of the site, so even tiny things mean a lot, especially to a neat freak like me. Also, I'm looking to update our house history after the war, so if you're a really good writer and like biography type stuff then send the AED and QUA an email.

~ Yes, the time has come. I have started to shift through the roster and look for anyone that will probably be getting an award after the war ends. Now, I didn't go into full detail, but this was at least 20% of the roster, and that number will probably go up once the war officially ends. Now, here's how this is going to work. I'm going to go through the roster and find anyone that deserves some type of award based on house activity. Once I have this list, I'll write all the recommendations. After the war ends and all the awards have been passed out, I'll update/add to this list until it's finished. This list will get crossed-checked with Sarin/Salth's awards list, and then we'll submit them all for approval. Now, I can't be certain, but I'm guessing that at least twenty awards will go out through this house alone, some small some big. Just remember that this is no easy chore, so the awards probably won't be submitted until the middle of September, depending on how fast they get war awards given out.

~ There is currently a Battle Team Handbook being worked on by a few of the leaders in the clan. I haven't seen much of it, but I'm sure it's going to be a great advancement and will really help organize our teams. No idea on the expected arrival date, but it should be soon.

That's right, this section is now back. Since one of my jobs with reports is to list current projects, I figured we might as well stick it in the Projects section of my reports. Now, this probably won't be all that long most weeks, and usually the information in it will be the same as before just slightly updated. Nonetheless, if you want to know the future of you house I suggest reading this section.

~ I just recently talked to Dalthaid ad Halc about our ACC Ladder, and they have approved it! I'm not going to release any specifics yet because it won't occur until late September, with the Rebellion of Aerun happening in October/November, but I can say that from the looks of it it's going to be sweet! There are awards, of course, like crescents and cluster of fires, plus it's a great way to practice your writing. Now, right now I have it where you must be at least a Neophyte to participate, but I'm going to see about lifting that rule and making the minimum rank Vendetta.

~ The Rebellion of Aerun war is still in the works, but has just taken a giant step forward. Right now we still have the events and stories to write and all that, but let me tell you it's going to be pretty darn big. I'm looking to run it right after the ACC Ladder, so that would be the second half of October and all of November. It's going to be very big though, awarding around twenty-five crescents. Might be more, though, since I'm just guessing at that number. I'm sure you'll all love it!

~ I'm working on getting our Round 4 of the Trivia '06 competition right now. I fell behind on questions, so I'm working to update it. To get back on schedule, though, I'm not going to release it until this Saturday, so that gives you a few days of peace before getting back in the flow of it all.

~ Silent and I have started to talk about a few basic plotline for the House War that will occur in 2007. These first ideas are yet to go through the other summit members, but I really liked them and thought that it's going to be a really cool thing for the clan to engage in. Not much more news on that right now, though, since it's very far away.

~ With the war winding down to an end, the house is once again in need of competitions. Now, right now we have two major projects that will occur later this year, but for the first few weeks in September we have nothing. Bubba will be producing some here and there, but we also want you the members to do your part and help contribute to the house. If you have any ideas for competitions, please email them to Bubba and I at our regular addresses.

Events

As we all knew would happen, the Great Jedi War is dieing as it nears its end-point. It's lasted a bit too long as it is, and so the rest of the events won't be as action packed as the other ones... if you can call them that. Either way, despite where we finish, I think Exar Kun showed great participation and I'm very proud of you all. There are going to be a lot of awards going out come the first of September, just as a little hint.

Also, while some of the other awards are starting to die down, the run-on is still going on. Now, this is probably one of the better awards, and one of the main reasons for this is that if you post at least once in five weeks your guarantied a nova. I think this is awesome, so I highly encourage you all to participate in the run-on, even if that's the only event you do.
