~ Well, here we are at my first report as Proconsul of Clan Plagueis. I must say that so far, I've been in office for around a week and a half now, I am completely loving the job and you guys. Already I've received more email daily then ever, around sixty to seventy give or take, and have gotten sixty-three emails related to awards and courses. This is probably the most amazing feat, and I'm very proud of all you guys for what you've accomplished. I dread when all the Great Jedi War awards are sent out.
This first report is coming out exactly when I planned on getting it out. After Salth emailed me the format, it took me a few hours to get it all situated since this is using a lot more HTML coding then I'm use to, but I'm proud to say that I've figured it out and come to you now with an amazing format. Now, the Consul's reports cover most of the actual clan news, so for the most part I'll be talking about projects, awards, and some special stuff I feel like including. Either way, the big parts of my reports will be the awards and projects section. This one is just an exception.
Let me start my giving a brief introduction of myself, this is mainly for those in House Satal Keto that may not already know me. My name is Aabsdu di Plagia Dupar al'Tor and I've been here for around one year and four months. I'm a Sith Battlemaster and an active member in the ACC, DBPA, and GMRG. I've pretty much gone through the leadership pyramid first acting as a Flight Leader, then Sith Commander, then Aedile, then Quaestor, and now Proconsul. When I first joined I was a member of Clan Exar Kun, but have since then stayed in House Exar Kun through all else, save for now. I can't wait to get to know those of you in House Satal Keto, and really think we're going to have a fun time interacting.
I'm a very nice guy, and will often allow you do to something if you ask politely. I'm here to help, though, so if I say something that sounded mean it wasn't meant that way. Often I'm sarcastic about a lot of stuff, so most of what I say if meant in a joking way, though I can be serious. I let you guys do what you want for the most part, but do realize there is a limit to everything. This is, of course, referring to the IRC PG-13 rating. I myself don't mind some cursing, though I hate the nasty words. If you get out of hand, I will step in, but as long as you know the limit I'll let you run about freely. All in all, I hope that our time here will really be an enjoyable one
~ When sending emails to the clan or house mailing lists, make sure that it's actually relevant and not spam. None of us like those type of emails. The whole replies are spam, though, I don't really believe since I read all emails DB related, but either way remember not to send stuff that no one would really care to read.

~ Bubba and JC did an amazing job, as did the writers, with getting out the September Edition of the Plagueis Chronicle in superb time. I think that it came out really well, and would love to hear what you all have to say. Also, articles are now open to submissions for the October Edition! This month I'm looking for more interviews, halloween stories, and a lot of in character articles. If you have any questions about an idea you have feel free to email or PM me about it.

There are a lot of projects that I'm working on as PCON. This section is where I'll list them and give a little information on what they are and how far in progress they all are. Often times this section will be your peek into the secret room where the summits discuss important matters
~ The biggest project I'm working on right now is Clan Renovation Phase 1: Battle Teams. This included completely redoing the way battle teams work in the clan, and making them much more important then they were before. The first step in this, the Battle Team Handbook, if finished and avaliable for reading on the clan and house websites. The second step, limiting houses to two teams at a time, if also finished. The third step, a clan AWOL check, is now finished as well. That leaves two more steps before the project is complete completely. The first is a battle team website that the battle team leaders and myself are currently discussing, and the final step is a secret one that will be revealed when the time is right.
~ Another project I'm working on is the Antei System descriptions. This is more of a project that Sarin and I are working on, and is still in the early stages. There's also the Protector of Plagueis ACC Ladder that I'm running, and encourage all of you to go and sign-up for it.

I have an Open-Door policy, so people are welcome to see me at any time about anything. If its a House matter, I do ask that you take it up with the House Summit first, then if that doesn't resolve your problem, feel free bring it to my attention. If your problem is with the House Summit in general, and by that I mean both the QUA and AED, then by all means come to me immediately, as well as the Consul, and we'll help resolve the problem ASAP.
