                    <li>I came to Clan Plagueis roughly one year ago.  During my time here I have made it my goal to improve the Clan and build a strong fictional background and create policies that would help improve the Clan.  I am satisfied with what we have done so far in the area of fiction and policy, but I am upset about our competitive drive.

<li>I am not accustomed to failure and I will not accept it on any level. Our performance in the four way Clan Feud and in the GJW can only be described as failures. This is partly my fault because I have allowed members to remain on our roster taking up space. That stops now. Failure to be an active member will lead to AWOL status, failure to perform and lead as a BTL will have you removed, and failure as a House or Clan Summit will have you fired.

<li>Our performance from the top down in the GJW was humiliating. Many say our Clan will never obtain Glory. I defy these comments, this Clan has the promise to rise to Glory and I expect everyone to work to make it so. No more free rides. <p>
