News:

Greetings once again, Victus. I find it amazing that you've all put up with my crap for more than 9 weeks(I say more cuz I've missed reports). During my term as leader, I've been proud to serve amongst you all, but I never would have expected you all to progress as much as you have. Fourteen crescents and a promotion, all in one week, and all from the journeyman section.

Now, a touch of bad news. Firstly, Niman Master has left our ranks, confident that his career could prosper more under the guidance of Dismal, my friend and fellow BTL. He has joined the ranks of Exar's Shadow. Good luck, Niman, and I hope you find what you are looking for.

On to the second part of the bad news. Achilles Theophilus, a devoted and capable member, has progressed to take a mission for me exploring an unknown threat. He will be inactive or barely active here for anywhere from a few weeks to a few months. Best of luck, Achilles.

Commander's Orders:

1. Sola Vox. This is our motto, so it should be used as such. I would like to see all of you use it when addressing each other.

2. Comradery. This is a Battleteam, so we need to upgrade the team part, as well as the battle part. Make friends, all, that's what this is all about.

3. Knighthood. Most of our members are Guardians, soon to be all, and are very near Knighthood. I, myself, am damn close to it. Let's get there, Victus, you fare better in fights with a real blade.

Congrats also go out to everyone that participated in a comp, tried to pass a course, and gave the ACC a shot. While you haven't recieved medals, I ask that you keep on your current path. Sooner or later, you will succeed.

Policies:

1. The three H'es. Honor, honesty, and humility. Exercise these, and you will do well.

2. Follow the rules. I mean everyone's rules. Follow them, please.

3. Be vocal. Pretty much a compilation of last week's 3, 4, and 5.

4. Team pride. Use things like Sola Vox and whatever callsigns you may choose between each other.

Conclusion:

I've seen unprecedented participation this week. You've all given me more to fill my report, more to brag about, and a valid excuse to hold four comps at once. Thank you all, Victus!
