Clan changes going into effect this week dealing with Envoys/RMs. Since the Clan has dropped down to such a small size it has been decided that Consul Sarin and Clan Envoy Orzon will handle the workload of Envoys in both houses. This shouldnt be a permanant deal, just until the need for Envoys/RMs rises.

Also I want to stress the chain of command, be and Raken both have spent some time in the military and in my RL job we have a Chain of Command. If you have any requests for competitions or even promotions or medals for someone please follow your CoC. It will go BTL (If you are in a BT)

I want to add this in with my reports every week as a testament to stupidity within the world at large, this weeks is:

This Honorable Mention goes to the hiker in Scotland who picked up a grass snake so his brother could take a picture. Just as he reached for it, a black serpent slithered into view, so he grabbed that too. It was a black adder, Britain's only venomous snake. Both reptiles sank their fangs into the 44-year-old, who went into anaphylactic shock. He recovered in the hospital. His excuse for his rash act?

He didn't think venomous snakes inhabited Scotland.
