Clan Plagueis

~ After running trivia again today, some of you spoke about how youd rather have themed trivia rather then research trivia. Im always open to change, so we will change. Over the next few weeks each trivia session will be themed. However, you the members will give me these themes. Simply email me with a theme, not questions, but a theme, and I will find fifteen questions to ask about that theme. Next weekend will be Old Old Republic, I can tell you that now. If I do not have a theme for a week, then we will go back to research trivia. Which I know some of you do not like, while others like Eton do.

~ The new promotion system was released this past weekend, and can be found linked on the clan and house websites. It is a point system, and despite what some of you have said I can tell you now that it will work out. One thing was that the system can be exploited. Well, everything can be exploited, theres not helping that. What I will tell you now is that if you try and earn all your points through one task we will simply stop giving you points for that task. Simple as that. I am currently keeping track of points, but there will soon be a points page on the clan website. Also, Im sorry, but points start from Friday, so anything you did promotion wise before that will count towards your promotion, but not towards your points. Also, the quizzes are almost finished, they will be in SA style where you submit your answers and then Orz or I grade them. This will work, just give it a chance. You can find the link yourself, since it isnt that hard. You should all have the clan website, and house website, in your favorites anywho.

Also, whenever you do something worth points that I do not get an email for(that means everything except medals, ACC battles, and SA courses) you must email me with the activity. If you dont, I dont know you did it, and thus you get no points from it.

~ We got tons of new members yesterday! Devani and Warhunter both joined the clan, and Talon Jade and Quejo came over for leadership positions. Quejo has taken over as Quaestor of House Satal Keto, and Talon is the new Clan Envoy. Lena has taken over as House Satal Keto Envoy, and a House Exar Kun Envoy is forthcoming. In other words, times are good.

~ Our Elders are getting active. They will all soon be helping to improve the rest of you in various areas. Mainly, that includes gaming and writing. Obviously, they know something about the two, look at their rank, so hopefully they can train us so the next time a GJW comes around we will kick ass.

~ The Wiki is still being worked on, and has actually made great progress these last few days, with more to come. As usual, if you want to help, just ask. Also, if youd like me to help you with your pages, just ask. Thirdly, whenever you create a new page, please make sure you include a category of Clan Plagueis. Lastly, on your character pages, aside from DJB Characters, also include the category Plagueis Members, so I can keep track of who has created a page. Ill be going through and making most of these changes in the next few days, but this is a heads up in case you get some extra time.

~ Friends, there are a number of competitions out there for you to participate in. The Competition Page has all of these listed, but a few include: Remember, Remember the Fifth of November which has gotten only one submission (easy crescents). A Small Matter of Cargo has only one submission (easy crescents). Game, Game, Game means exactly as it says (crescents and clusters of fire). Finally, Orzon has a sweet Christmas competition with tons of activities, and that means tons of crescents. Info on that can be found on the comp page, although Im sure hell email you all about it once it actually starts on December 1st. Lets get active, people!

~ The DJB Wiki rocks, thats all there is to say. I highly recommend you make your character page, just follow the directions I gave in the news section. Also be sure to include in the categories Clan Plagueis so I can keep track of everything. Ill be working on a lot of articles, so I want to make sure I know what is there and what isnt.

~ Today I went through all the websites and updated them. Most of the links for histories and other things are linked straight to the Wiki, so itll be a lot easier to update things now. Also, there is no longer a BT website, but rather the information is linked off the clan website to the Wiki. The Plagueis Chronicle website will also soon be gone, but that is only in the process of happening. However, I can tell you that a lot of stuff is moving over to the clan website and Wiki. Times are certainly changing.

~ The Plagueis Chronicle is now accepting articles for the October/November/December issue. If you have any questions about what you think should be included, feel free to email me or PM me about it. All articles suppose to be in the October issue will now be featured in this issue. Let's get those articles coming guys! There will also be an award to go out to the favorite article of the issue, so lets get out those pens and start writing! Also, expect some sort of alliance between the Plagueis Chronicle and the Naga Sadow Times in the near future >:D

~ The Clan Epic I'm working on right now is going really well. Orzon is helping me with it, and I've been brainstorming how it will all fold out. All I can say is lots and lots of battles both in space and on the ground! I can also tell you it will be a huge run-on devided into three parts, and that right now the story itself is turning out to be around twenty pages. Yeah, I know, clan epic.

~ Some other little projects I'm working on right now is a clan ACC arena, and two Shadow Academy courses*cough*History of the Sith Empire II and III*cough*. Also, just to make it blunt to you, if you looked at the clan calendar now and then you would see pretty much everything I'm doing at the time being. It's a great tool, and I'm going to start requiring the leaders to use it.

~ As usual, if you want to know everything that the leaders are currently working on, then look on the Clan Calendar. Here is where everything is listed, so I highly suggest that you use it as much as possible.

The closing statement Id like to make this week is to be active. Competitions, SA courses, the list goes on and on. Just be active. Also, Im always open to any questions you may have, so dont ever be afraid to ask. Like my motto says, you should be worry about the answer.
