NEWS

We should be getting a new member in a few days or so (however long it takes Sunflash to read the email i sent), so be sure to welcome Arcadian back to Victus.

But the biggest, most important news item this week is the new way things will operate here at Victus HQ. Since in the fictional reality of the DJB a battleteam is an elite group of clan members, (translating in Real Life as a bunch of over-active little energiser bunnies), it is now required that every BT member will participate in at least one BT comp every week. Generally I only run one a week since the House and Clan also have stuff for you to participate in, and i try not to make them too thought intensive so your brains wont go on strike and refuse to work. If you have a valid reason for not participating, ie: real life is being overbearing for whatever reason, email me and let me know. Otherwise it will be assumed that you do not have the time to commit to BT membership and you might be removed from the roster. Just remember that you're only competing with four other people, so odds are 3:5 that you'll get a medal, and even if you don't you're still getting yourself that much closer to your next promo :)

Now onto a very happy section:

** AWARDS/PROMO'S **

Victus took out First and Second in this Orz's mid-week scramble, w00t for us! This got myself a C/Sapphire and Kal a C/Emerald.

Kal also got himself a C/Topaz for a fantastic entry in the Drill Sargent Comp. It really deserved a C/Emerald, but Kal was the only participant :(

I also got a Legion of the Scholar for participating in Ky's Crossword comp :) it looks so pretty :P

This week the drinks are on Nariah! for becoming that little bit more smarter than the rest of us by passing the Capital Starship Studies SA course with a score of 94. Great Work Chels!

ORDERS

Your order for this week are to be active as all Hell! The FL trials comp is running, specs can be found ** here **. It's basically like opening the position up for applications except it's based on activity as well as a tiny paragraph app that i want you to write.

Also we have another comp running, ** Phoenix Falls **, which is a poetry style comp, and we've already got one entry for it so hurry and get yours in if you haven't yet. comp ends on the 27th.
