_Sai entered his office, the electroluminescent lights automatically switching on as he crossed the threshold. Settling into his chair, he was greeted by its usual creaks and groans, and he made a mental note, as he always did, to look into getting it replaced.

He took his calligraphy kit from the desk’s side drawer, along with a clean scroll of paper. After unfurling it across his desk, Sai selected a brush, dipped its bristles into the inkwell, and began to write:_

New Business:

This marks my first report as Tetrarch, and I can’t be more excited. I’ve got some great ideas for the team, and I have a clear vision of where we need to go and what we need to do to get there, but I can’t do it without you. So, with that in mind, I’d like to hear from all of you as to what you bring to the table and what you’d like to see come up. I know that some of you are writers (like me), and others love to game. My goal is to have you guys thrive where you want to thrive, and to get you rewarded and promoted for it.

That said, shoot me a line or three, letting me know what you’re up to. I’ll try to initially get these reports out to you guys every two weeks or so, and more often as the occasion warrants. So, if you don’t want to see bland reports, get and/or stay ACTIVE, and give me somethin’ to talk about! ;)
