It is with great pleasure that I announce the appointment of Protector Spears from Tarentum as Magistrate to the Headmaster. Spears has recently been incredibly helpful in proofreading course material and compiling valuable statistic information and he deserves to now also officially bear the designation of a Dark Council assistant.
