It has always been a tenet of the Dark Brotherhood to reward those members who have done things above and beyond their call of duty. As I also firmly believe in this, I considered one reward way due, if not overdue.

Shall it thus be known that coder extraordinaire and Mr. Always-there-when-you-need-programming:

with the official reason:

"JaM3z has not only coded the whole Antei Combat Center (the second endeavor of this size after the KCC - and much better done!!!) with all runtime and easy to use administration facilities but also created the Shadow Academy restructure with all the complex interactions this had with other code in the database, regarding ranks, the abilities to do different things at different rank levels and all the transition work that had to be done to implement these changes. He is also tireless when it comes to bug fixes and improvements requested, having a response time of often only minutes to requests. He also understands specifications quickly and is able to implement them just as desired. If the Seneschal should ever resign, I know the database and code will be in absolutely worthy hands with this man. Seeing than JaM3z has not received any medals for his coding work in the last 10 months (his GC dates from Nov 2002), I feel a substantial award is in order here. The Sapphire Blade recommended is only related to the part of his work I have personally seen and for that alone it is in my opinion more than deserved."
