Sarin: Uh, uh, negative. We had a reactor leak here now. Give us a few minutes to lock it down. Large leak...very dangerous.
By now most of you have read the news reports about someone breaking into the Dark Brotherhood database via my account and causing havok. Fortunately we have discovered that the Dark Brotherhood database was not hacked; however, someone did find a way to phish my password and the password of several other members of the Dark Brotherhood.
The Justicar is currently on the case and he has narrowed the search down to one suspect. An Order of Advanced Incarceration has been enacted on the suspect and we can expect Kir to have evidence ready for a trial shortly.
In addition to the order of advanced incarceration, we have also moved Grand Master Thedek and Sith Battlelord Dagger to the rogues. Both Thedek and Dagger's IP are identical and they match the IP of our suspect. Dagger and Thedek's password's were also obtained in the same manner that my account password was obtained. It is safe to assume that our suspect was serving as an imposter Thedek and Dagger.

Combat Master update: Because of an unexpected real life issue, Brujah has been unable to handle his duties as the Deputy Combat Master. Because of this, CM Dalthid will remain in place until Brujah can return. Thanks to Dalthid for his patience and dedication!

Dark Voice Tribune open for applications: The position of T:DV is now open for applications. Dark Adept Telona Murrage has decided to step down so that she can put more focus on her real life. She has done an outstanding job on the DV in the last year and we owe her a debt of gratitude. Thanks for all you have done Telona!
Applications for the position of T:DV should be sent to GM Sarin and DGM Halcyon Rokir by 28 April. Applicants should submit a sample story that would appear in the Dark Voice as well as a list of qualifications. Applicants must have the capability to:
Must have a fast email turn around time
Good communication skills
Excellent writing and editing skills
Some HTML coding experience
Ability to piece together word documents and graphics
Ability to direct a small group
Ability to meet a deadline
Must have patience and a cool head under pressure
The T:DV job description is listed below:
Dark Voice Tribune (T:DV)—The Dark Voice Tribune is primarily responsible for the development and timely release of the Dark Voice Newsletter. The Newsletter has been established as a primary driving force behind the Brotherhood’s storyline, and the Dark Voice Tribune must work with the Dark Council to ensure that the newsletter keeps the storyline moving. The Tribune is in charge of all standards and guidelines used for determining what will find its way into the Dark Voice. Furthermore, he will regularly assist writers in bringing their work up to par with these standards. The Dark Voice Tribune ensures quality control and acts as the primary editor of the newsletter. His general duties include:
Responsible for development and publishing of the Dark Voice Newsletter
Assists in the development of the Brotherhood storyline as it fits into the Dark Voice
Development and maintenance of all standards for submission to the Dark Voice
Works with submitters to ensure that standards are met

I did find it strange when Dagger logged into IRC and I asked him which guild we had served in that was non-DB in SWG together?
He only replied for me to look at his Dossier and medals, plus the fact that he was not able how to figure out how to get SWG installed also seemed very weird.....I mean the man was a master pikeman that made freaking Jedi's pee their pants in fear! Thats how good a SWG gamer he was.
Don't owe me anything, I loved putting together the Dark Voice. :)
I'm sure everyone will talk now about how they just knew these guys were fakes...
