Report, Jade Serpents, 5/24/2007

_Sai entered his office, the electroluminescent lights automatically switching on as he crossed the threshold, noting the presence of his father’s katana hanging from its place above his desk. Settling into his chair, he was greeted by its usual creaks and groans, and he made a mental note, as he always did, to look into getting it replaced.

He took his calligraphy kit from the desk’s side drawer, along with a clean scroll of paper. After unfurling it across his desk, Sai selected a brush, dipped its bristles into the inkwell, and began to write:_

Here’s what’s been going on since the last report, 5/17/07:

Unless you’re using mynocks to courier messages around, you should be well aware of the AWOL checks that have been going out on all levels, and from all levels. Again, I’d hate to lose any of you, as it’s my personal goal to see everyone enjoy rewards and at least one promotion, but...if you’re not active, or at least planning to be active, it’s going to be hard for your good ol’ Tetrarch to go to bat for you.

The CNS Comp Attacking The Clones, Part the Third. I can hardly believe that it’s coming to an end, and the way it’s shaping up, it promises to end with a pretty big bang! From what I understand, there’s still plenty of shinys to earn, which dresses up a dossier quite nicely, by the by! Take a chance and submit something; you just might get rewarded!

Ink Blotches:

I’d like to take the opportunity to formerly congratulate Acolyte Tal Kol on the sheer level of pwnage he’s been displaying in the Shadow Academy. His ungodly level of coursework has netted him a vast reservoir of new Star Wars related knowledge, and a promo to boot! Thanks, Tal, for helping me to realize my goal of Promos for All! The Saga continues...;p

Personally, I plan to submit a Fiction to the CNS comp, thus completing what I hope is an award-winning Trifecta! (Sorry, we just had the Preakness – a gem in the Triple Crown – and it’s a bit hard to work outta the system!) I may also dust off the ol’ Poetry portion of the frontal lobe, and of course, look for me in the Run-On! Additionally, my wife has been up all night with contractions, which means I’ve been up all night with contractions...my li’l Stormpooper will soon be reporting for “duty”! (Thx, Shin!)
