So, I started my second level belly dancing class this week. OMG, we are talking high impact work out. Her warm up went from zero to ninety in like 3 minutes. My instructor basically said, “You all know the moves, let's see if you can walk with them.” She had us moving from one end of the room to the next doing different things. It's a lot harder then you'd think. I feel good with the exception of my legs hurting like hell. Meh, it's good exercise and that's what I'm looking for.

Ok, lately I've been putting trivia here, but tonight I am tired and I have to work for a bit Saturday before being able to enjoy my 'supposed' three day weekend. OT = $$$
