Promotions - Look over the codex before you try to rec someone for promotion. You may or may not have the authority to promote people to certain levels. Despite the fact that you have the option on your dossier, if you're not a house summit member or higher don't submit a rec. If you are a master to someone and they've done such and such requirements for promotion then run it through the house summit.

Name changes - Don't try to make your name Darth Vader, it isn't going to go through :P
