Due to his good work as Consul of Clan Taldryan, I have decided to promote Kir Katarn to the rank of Krath Epis. Immediately following the split, there has been a slump in activity in most Clans, however Taldryan recovered quickly and this is due in no small part to the careful appointments of new House leaders and his dynamic presence.
