Banshee Brigade Report

Week Ending 10-26-07

Ladies and Gentlemen,

Firstly I would like to appologise for the lateness of this report, as well

as my inactivity of late. As most of you know I got married this past

Tuesday, and am still recuperating from the honeymoon. Long drives mixed

with very little sleep suck. As for the late report, that is partially my

jobs fault, I came in Friday and was welcomed by the Metro Narcotics unit

bringing alot of people in. So I spent the rest of the night explaining to

these idiots mothers that they wasnt caught using drugs, they were selling

them. That mixed with a little dash of laziness.

Anyhoo, I am at work now doing this, so i dont have my ATR (Activity

Tracking Report) handy at this time. So no weekly activity portion. However

it has been an awesome week for the Brigade, some nice shineys for several

of you (Robin, Dakari, Braecen, and Prajna) for Reclaimation work. Awesome

job on that guys! As well as Prajna working on, and recieving his Dark Maven

in writing degree. Kudos on that.

As you all know Reclaimation is winding down, and as of the last report HDS

was in the lead, and has been for the entirity of the competition. And while

HC has been closing the gap it makes me proud to think that HDS had only

been reopened a few short weeks before it started, and we have done so well.

On top of that, Banshee is leading the way in activity by my count, even if

your SGT is an ass and had to go get married in the middle of the

competition. You all deserve a pat on the back, and those of you who are

Journeyman, expect your Masters to get a letter on your activity.

As I get settled in I hope to have some interesting tidbits in my reports. I

like to add a weekly Darwin Report in, as well as a song of the week. This

is nothing more than personalization and fluff, but hey, I like fluff.

As for competitions, I am planning on a motto competition within the next

week or so. (Yay for me not being original.) Also I would like to see about

getting ideas for a Brigade Warbanner started for our Wiki page. Oh and

before I forget, I will be setting up a competition sometimes around

Thanksgiving called RATS Extermination. While I cant remember what RATS

originally meant, this was the first large scale competition I ever competed

in when I joined the EH years ago. I am changing it around a bit though.

Back then you flew missions on TIE Fighter and each kill was a point. This

time around though it will feature MP content as well as writing, poetry,

and ACC stuff. I may through in a portion for what RATS stands for. Ill give

some background when the time comes however.

The last thing I want to touch on in this....report, is recruiting. As of

right now we are holding steady at 8 members. If you know of anyone who is

interested in joining the Brigade please send them my way. I want to get

this filled up quickly and put my Corporals in place. Thats about it. Keep
