Hello my friends, it's time for......a Quaestor Report! *cue thunder

and clashing cymbals here*

Right, ahem, been a couple weeks since I did this, so bear with me.

Reclamation is OVER, the Vong have been conquered and have succumbed

to the will of our Consul, in exchange for their services, we won't

kill them. Nifty deal eh? Dorimad Sol (that's us, yah?) now has

control of Caina. As such, we need to rebuild, thats where you guys

come in. And lo and behold, we have a....competition!

Title: HDS Base Creation

Specifics:

Dorimad Sol has just regained control of Caina, are old home. The planet

has been devastated by the Vong-forming, and our facilities are basically

non-existent. There is a document available detailing the lay of the land

of Caina, simply request it if need be. What were looking for is a good

description of a new base of operations. Go all out if you wish, maps and

what not and descriptions. We are looking for at least a primary base,

ship facilities, training facilities, etc etc.

At least 1000 words in length please, don't care what format the images

are in, I'll be able to read them.

So, as you all can see, we need a home. Please give our House a

house, and this is for THIRD level Crescents (usually those are

reserved for Clan level or Order wide comps). So, this is a big one,

get to it kids.

Also, we need something to put above that new base, a flag. Also

something to show us off a bit, eh. And thus, another competition:

Title: HDS Seal

Specifics:

Dorimad Sol is in need of a seal, an image to show who we are. This can

be in the form of a traditional seal, a banner, whatever you feel fits the

image of our House. Remember, Warriors and Scholars is our motto (the

latin version is on the Roster).

So, any of you twitching about with photoshop, paint, etc etc, go for

it. Remember, any submission counts as activity, submit as many as

you like, so we can have plenty to choose from.

Note: both these comps were put in before Blade was approved for

Aedile, so if you want to mail Blade, go for it, either way his input

will be considered as just below equal to my own :P

Anyways, as for Reclamation......we got third, out of third, but we

put up one heck of a fight, leading three out of four of the weeks.

Are weak point, gaming, which honestly in the end, I'm proud of all of

you who submitted to the competitions, and kudos to the champions, two

out of the three coming from Dorimad Sol, Prajna and Braecen!

So while we may have lost in the long run, I still call 3 outa 4 weeks

a good run and a hell of a battle! Merit awards have mostly already

been rewarded, and recognition is in process (read that as: promotions

and shinies), so yah, go and do all the happy stuff that's avaible

right now to work towards your next promotions and/or pretty shinies.

myself and Blade so we know you did it. Can't reward for what we

don't know about, eh?

And finally, Syphoc was forced to step down due to lack of time and

real life constraints, which stinks, but we got a nice new face up

here for us all to abuse, errr, meet. Blade is now our Aedile, and

will hopefully be doing some great works here in Dorimad Sol as we

carve out our place in the Clan. Good luck to him, and do try and

work him a bit :P
