AND WHEREAS the Dark Jedi known as Jonuss Rai has been elevated to the position of Proconsul of Clan Naga Sadow.

THEREFORE may the Dark Jedi and Brethren of Clan Naga Sadow recognize Obelisk Exarch Jonuss Rai, Proconsul of Clan Naga Sadow, and accord him all Rights, Duties, and Honors due to his position.
