House Cestus of Clan Tarentum

Introduction:

Dark Greetings my brethren,

And hello. I am your Aedile (Second in command of the House), Dark Jedi Knight Kazarelth Talismarr, and this is my second report as Aedile of the reopened Cestus.

Cestus is one of the three constituent Houses of Clan Tarentum. The Latin word "caestus" is derived from a verb which means "to strike". We are the gauntlets of Tarentum. The battle-glove which holds both the sword {Gladius} and the trident {Tridens}. We are the keepers of Yridia II, as both the first line of defence from its moon, Koros, and as the new tenants of our our guardian ship: The Victory-class Star Destroyer Corsair.

To all those who don't know the story of the reopening, here's how it was done:

Old Cestus Complex had lots of undead crawling.

A bunch of Gladius members and Tridens members tried solving a problem which escalated.

The Clan's cavalry was called in, who eventually brought down the Corsair which was in orbit at that time on top of the Old Complex, burying most of those undead. And here we are :P

We are a small group, albeit a talented one. Every one of us here in Cestus is a unique and valuable person of this Clan. From the newest Apprentices to the lone Pontifex. A rank is just a tool to measure how well you've shown that talent around.

Competitions:

As such none. But I wish to make an announcement to all the new members.

I have a proposal:

Within this week, any APP who does four SA courses is straightaway promoted by me. No questions asked.

Any NOV who does five SA courses and participates in one of the two competitions I am going to roll out tomorrow, gets promoted to PRT. No questions asked.

Any PRT/GRD who does the required for the NOV to PRT promotion gets a Dark Cross! Yes, you'll be level one in our own school of Necromancy. :)

So, people, this week is promo and throwaway award week! xD

Summation:

Last week has been pretty much the most demented week of this year. First, my second last day of High School.. ever finished off. Then the load of studies before the January exams
{Which I haven't started, for one :P} I tried finishing off this report yesterday at 11:20 PM and found out that I was very vaguely aware of what was happening. So here I am at the end of another long report.

Therefore I shall sign off :P
