In last weeks conclave we came up with a new CNS acronym: AID – Accountability, Interaction, and Development. Each member of this summit is dedicated to providing this to Clan Naga Sadow. It is with this in mind that I will be running HLK.

New News:

HLK held their first of what we hope becomes many more house conclaves today!

We discussed the points addressed in last week’s clan conclave and what we needed to do as a house to get us where we want to be.

We will be transferring duties over in about a week or so of the Envoy to Tsingtao who will be acting as AED/Envoy. He will be responsible for the initial Envoy email and to ensure that the members are kept in contact with. In addition they will also get a more personal email from me as well as one from our Consul/Proconsul team.

Jade Serpents:

In our conclave we discussed the following two points regarding the training team:

-Weekly AWOL checks will be done. If a member of the team has not done anything in a week towards their promotion, they will be pulled off the team and someone new will be put in their place.

-Bi-weekly emails to be sent to all members.

Also Faeril is in the middle of doing an AWOL check for the Jade Serpents. I’ve noticed a lot of the Serpents haven’t done much since their last promotion so get cracking!

We have two new members on the team:

Dark Assassin X and Kou Leifoh have been added. Good luck to you both!

Sapphire Squadron:

Once a member hits the rank of Protector they are transferred from the Jade Serpents to Sapphire Squadron to complete their training. They will be assigned a Master by Trev at this point and also placed under a flight leader. The Flight Leader will be a mentor to that person, giving them someone else with whom they can go to with questions and give them encouragement as their trials become more challenging.

Macron Keibatsu Sadow has been recently added as a member to Sapphire Squadron as a Flight Leader. His long standing with HLK and vast experience is much appreciated. Welcome, Mac!

We also have Pylarus joining Sapphire this week. He has recently been promoted to Protector and will be completing his trials in Sapphire. Welcome, Pylarus and good luck!

In closing:

As I stated to my summit, our new administration expects excellence from this clan and will stop at nothing to see us do our best. I feel strongly in this and will also do everything I can to ensure excellence. We are Clan Naga Sadow and we are the best!
