House Marka Ragnos Quaestor Report #2

_The light from two suns, Orian Major and Orian Minor, had long since settled beneath the horizon, the cold night air tingled against the mans face as he stood on the balcony that attached to his office within the Alabrek Castle. He looked down on Kar Alabrek, his eyes settle on the Department of Defence which housed the headquarters of the Dlarit Army and Navy. He stared at the building for a moment before turning to look at the Dlarit Academy which was found right next door to the Department of Defense.
Whatever daydream was going through the head of Ashura Isradia quickly disappeared as he sensed someone behind him. The Battlemaster turned his head to see a woman in her mid twenties with long brown hair and blue eyes walk onto the balcony.
Faeril Munlear, Ashura said as he addressed the newly Dark Jedi Knight and Aedile of House Marka Ragnos, come stand by me and enjoy the view.
The Knight hesitated a moment, slightly shocked by the Siths gesture, as even when the two had worked together on Envoy matters Isradia had always be down to business. Fae of course recovered quickly and was standing next to the other Dark Jedi.
They both stood there looking out onto Kar Alabrek, neither saying anything until Munlear finally spoke, revealing why she had came.
Ashura, she said searching for the right words, your report, its overdue slightly, and everyone is getting impatient with waiting.
Are they now, Isradia replied as he voice dropped low and dangerous. He turned and looked her in the eyes, his cold azure eyes going slightly softer as this woman was the cause of his irritation. My dear, what good is having power if you cannot use it. I do not answer to them, I we answer to the Overlord, Consul and Proconsul. If they are impatient with waiting, then let them learn patience. I know my responsibility to my House and Clan, as I am sure you do too he then placed his right hand on her left shoulder you wouldnt be standing here now if I didnt, now, let me show what is involved with running a House, starting with my overdue report. Come.
Ashura then walked from the balcony back into his office and up to his desk, Faeril appeared a moment later standing a few feet away. The Quaestor of the House pressed a few buttons on the console.
Please provide audio password for verification, the robotic voice asked in a somewhat artificial female voice.
Isabelle, Isradia replied.
Password and voice verification accepted, establishing secure communication link throughout the Ragnos Cathedral._
Greetings Dark Jedi of House Marka Ragnos,
The Year Two Thousand and Eight of the Final Way in upon us I hope you all didnt get too drunk last, although, in true Sadow traditional I have to say good on you for those who did!
I have here in my office our Aedile, it is going to Faerils job to report the promotions, awards and passed exams by our members, however since she just got the job it wouldnt be fair for me to dump her with last months work, so I am going to add that to this report. So here is what you outstanding members have done in the end month of Two Thousand and Seven of the Final Way.
New Members
Callous and Arfalax joined our House and Clan in the weeks closing 2007. Welcome young ones.
Awards
Anubis Wrath, you have been awarded a Crescent with Emerald Star and 107 Cluster of Fire. Good work.
Alexander Anderson, you have been awarded a Crescent with Quartz Star and Dark Cross.
Ekeia Iclo, you have been awarded two Crescent with Sapphire Star, a Crescent with Emerald Star, a Crescent with Topaz Star and a Crescent with Quartz Star. Very good work.

Also congratulations are in order for Shuang Long and Raven, they were victorious in the battles against Kazarelth Talismarr and Sephiroth Shamshan Kali.
Promotions
Seeing our new members advance though the ranks after they join so quickly after they have joined is what we like to see. Arfalax is a prime example of this, already this outstanding Dark Jedi has been promoted from the rank of Apprentice, to the rank of Novice, and shortly after to the rank of Acolyte. This is what it means to be Dark Jedi.
Quaestor House News
Black Guard of the Quaestor
This is what a lot of our members have been waiting for, a chance to prove they are the best.
Pre-Requirements:
Leadership Fundamentals Passed
Leadership Passed
All those who want to apply as my Black Guard, when the time comes, will need to have passed those two courses first. The Black Guard of the Quaestor will be permitted access to Conclave. I will reveal more on how to become my Black Guard within the next few days.
Son/Daughter of Ragnos
Becoming a Son, or Daughter, of Ragnos may not be prestigious as being a Son, or Daughter, of Sadow. It may not hold the power and authority of being a Sadow, but it does show you have contributed to your House in ways a medal cannot bring justice too.
House AWOL Check
This is something that is going to happen monthly. There is no official date for this to start yet, just know it is coming soon.
Dlarit Special Operations Group Tarthos
As you should know, D-SOG personnel stationed here in the Alabrek Castle are the only members of the Dlarit Corporation aware of our true identity. This means outside our home all members of Marka Ragnos are to keep up the ruse. All Disciples of Sadow, the Clan, have commission within D-SOG regardless if you want to assume military duties or not.
This section will update you on D-SOG activity, and as such I will be updating the House Roster to the of this section using your within D-SOG. Remember, manipulation of others is what it means to Dark Jedi.

Conclusion
This is a new year for House Marka Ragnos, in the last year we have slowly grown to become the House we are today. We have fresh and experienced leaders; we are going to try to make this New Year, a new year for us all.
