Hi everyone! It was another really cold week for me, especially at night. Everyone also seems to be getting sick. I'm hoping I don't catch any of this junk that's going around. My classes are going well and there's a lot of information to read up on. I've got so many books lying around!
News
Everyone welcome Vladmir Kataar to our fine House! He's already had one promotion. :)
We have a new Clan competition going on. The link to all the details are below but I need to point out one event in particular. There is an event that only allows for those in a BT to participate. You people who are in the Praxeum right now had better kick it into gear and show the other BTs that you guys rule. If you want to participate in this event (and hopefully all the others) just send me an email and I'll place you in the Praxeum. Otherwise, this Clan competition holds the opportunity to award another honorary House title. Be sure to participate in as many events as you can and above all have fun!
With the Clan competition going on I have put my project on hold. The winners of the last comp were Dralin, Deatharoc, and Martumal. They were also the only ones to submit anything so huge thanks go to them for stepping up.
Oh there's also an AWOL check going on. Please send an email to me or contact me if you have not sent something to Martumal. Everyone except the new guy has until Feb. 3rd.

Funny, Strange, and Amazing
I read this article online just today and it just made me shake my head. A woman froze to death in her home. They found that she had turned her furnace off and was relying on many layers of clothing and blankets to stay warm. Now I can understand not having enough money to keep your home a more comfortable temperature but at least keep it on 50 or 60 degrees. That's only common sense or at least it is to me. Keeps your pipes from freezing and you from having to pay huge plumbing repair bills. Plus you shouldn't freeze to death :P
