I have decided to appoint Vassan Rokir Praetor to the Oracle. He will assist me in research, editing and development in my various projects as Oracle, and as a secondary Editor of the Dark Voice.

I have also decided to accept applications for a Magistrate.

-A decent degree of creativity
-Willingness to work on a tight deadline
