Well folks, this is going to be the first of a long succession of reports out of me. This

isn't so much a progress report as it is a preliminary report. I'll let you all in on

what my plans are, both for this battleteam and ultimately the house. We're in a time of

change, I'm sure you have all noticed, and if you haven't... well... I hope it's

comfortable under that rock. <p>

Before we kick this thing off, I want to personally commend both Brema and Kor on their

valiant efforts as BattleTeam leaders. You guys worked well with what you had, and we

couldn't ask for anything else.<p>

First and foremost, our very own Consul Braecen Kaeth has achieved Elder Status with his

promotion to Dark Side Adept. Be careful now everyone, he's a bit trigger happy with t3h

Force Lightning. With that said, just make sure you don't sneak up on him anytime soon.

Congrats CON-Man.<p>

This past week we have had to see off two of our own, as both our Quaestor **Cipher

K'oranian Isradia** and ProConsul Ky Terrak have stepped down from their

respective seats in our Summit. They will be sorely missed, but they did not leave empty

handed. Both Cipher AND Ky have been inducted into our Council of the Wise. Along

with a council seat, Ky recieved the coveted di Plagia Clan Title. Pay them your

respects next time you catch them.<p>

The IG's are over. What does that mean for all of you? Well you should be expecting a

plethora of updates to the clan structure, updated fictions, new graphics, and a large

array of other things. So, if you aren't working on anything, you should be. If you don't

have any competitions to work on, there is plenty development either a)underway or b)in

the planning stages. Stay tuned for more on this, you'll probably hear more sooner than

later.

With the absence of a Quaestor, our own Aedile Syphoc Rilkel has stepped up to the

plate to try his hand that being the head of our house. He's going to need all of our

support in the coming months, so make sure to bug him for work when you see him. ;)<p>

obviously I have taken the seat of BTL in Exar Kun, and the Blades of Kun BT has been

dropped. In addition, I have opted to drop all members that were formerly in either

battleteam. If you still want to be in the battleteam, drop me an email telling me why

you want to be a member, and what you can bring to the team. If you HAVEN'T been a member

of the battle team, all I require is that you are of rank Acolyte or higher, and you are

ACTIVE. If you're interested in joining, drop me an email.

Transfers

<li>All members of both Exar's Shadow and Blades of Kun have been respectively dropped.

<li>Brema Sedul Nekaka has transferred into Exar's Shadow.

<li>Kor VanTil has transferred into Exar's Shadow.

<li>Koga Kage has transferred into Exar's Shadow.

I would also like to note that both Brema and Kor, being the previous leaders of the

BT's, have been given status of Sith Flight Leader's in Exar's Shadow.

A note to anyone looking to join Exar's Shadow, I do require weekly reports from my

members. Nothing extravagant, I just like you to record any and all activity you partake

in. Whether it be applying for ProConsul, doing some coding for Jac, or simply taking a

SA test. I know I get confirmations on all of these things, but I still want you to list

it for me. Just a bulleted list is fine, I don't need huge descriptions.

start to build ourselves up. High communication and personal drive are what we need, and

I have seen some new members that are chock full of it.<p>
