Phoenix Phyle Briefing Hall,

All the members of the Phoenix Phyle sit, impatiently in the spacious Phoenix briefing hall. They have heard that there was a new Tetrarch and was eager to meet who it was. The front door separated to show Narad na Lexu standing there. He was dressed in his black Taldryan Military armor. Over his left breast was the Phoenix Phyle symbol. The image glowed bright like a fire was constantly burning upon his chest. Narad's mass produced light saber was clipped on his right side of his belt, dangling and clanking against his armored legs every time he took a step.  

He made his way to front of the room. He stood there. Inspecting each and every one of his Tyro's. Narad felt a sense of pride flash across his mind but it quickly dissipated. Most of the members in the team greatly out ranked him in the Brotherhood. He looked at Sabre Taldrya, looking at his saber his eyes burned with envy; but he new that in the heat of battle they would be looking to him to make decisions.  

Narad motioned for the Battle Team to sit. In one motion they all sat.

My name is Jedi Hunter Narad na Lexu. During my reign as Tetrarch I have many plans for the Team. I am going to try my best to get activity up and running as best as I can with 7 members. I will be re-doing the entire Phoenix Wiki, so if you have any information please give me a email with any and everything you know. This is mostly for the members that have been here for a long time, but those who haven't can send them too.

I am creating an 'Open Door Policy'. This Policy is if you have any questions, no matter how stupid you might think they are don't hesitate to ask me. I am getting High Speed Internet this Wednesday so I will be online most of the time. If you just want to email me and tell me that I am doing a horrible job let me know. Also if you want to request a competition Idea, a run-on idea, etc. let me know and I will do my best.

I plan on changing this battle team back to it's former glory. Zasati and I (HoA Tetrarch) will be planning some run-on's that will help bring Phoenix and Horse together. Please, when we create these run-on's try your best to participate. I know that real life calls, I am about to have my first child in three weeks, and you must answer. If you can just send me a email saying that you are going to be out of town, on a short LOA, etc I would love it.

Also i would like every body to send me a list of the trials that you have done so that I may help you get promoted. I can only help you up to the rank of DJK if I am correct. Also if any body has any advice for me please just let me know.
