Introduction [What's New]

Wow! What a week! That about covers it, huh. Alrighty, cya next time. Meh. Okay then, a report. Crazy Week, theres news on lots of major fronts. This report is pretty informative as well, so I'd give it a read! We have a new House Rollmaster, a new Battleteam Leader, several new Flight Leaders, as well as some cool projects in the works. By the way, I got to hang out with Raven yesterday. Was quite fun, gave him the grand tour of Salt Lake (it took all of 30 minutes) and we talked about all kinds of random DB stuff and RL military stuff. Fun times.

Life of your Quaestor

On the DB front, as you probably know, I'm also an ACC Trainer. That's a lot of work, but it's rewarding to see new members take their first steps in the ACC. I'm also heading up the www.dbmember.com project, which is pretty cool if you haven't seen it yet. I also am working on a few other ssshhhh projects with various DC type people.

In RL, things are still slower then dirt for another couple days. As you may know, I quit my job on my Birthday (June 8th) so I could take the summer off, because I'm starting my collegiate life in less then a month. I'll be attending Salt Lake Community College to get my Associate of Arts Degree in Business. After that, I plan to transfer to the University of Utah and finish up my Bachelor's for Business. Anyway, things are gonna start getting busy for me. On the 1st, I get to go to a job fair on campus and find a job with the school. It wont be much, but I have to earn $4,000 of my student aid for this year through the Work/Study program. Hopefully I'll find something where I can talk to chicks all day, do homework, or at least be relevant to my major :-> I start back in school on August 20th, but I've gotta pretty easy schedule. Monday and Wednesday I'm in school 8-4, Friday 8-12. I'll be working somewhere in there, plus homework and what not, so obviously my "super amazing activity levels" will be impacted to some extent. I don't think it'll interfere with my duties at all.

This ends in four days, and I've gotten -no- submissions this far. So, I'm dropping the minimum entry to one page. Remember, this is open to the entire clan, so check it out!

*Empire at War: Beat the Quaestor

This starts today and ends Saturday. HMR only. Basically, find me on IRC and challenge me to EaW. I pick all settings and terms. One match limit per day. 3 points for a win, 1 for a loss. Top three get 3rd level crescents. I'll also be awarding CFs. It's w00t.

Journeymen AWOL Check

This went over fairly well, we lost 7 members to the Rogues.

Disciples of Ragnos Tweaks

This is still ongoing, but I think the major changes are complete. Some of the big things are we cut a lot of the "unneccassary fluff" out, its easier to understand the system. That was the primary complaint I got. We're also changing some of the aspects of it. For example, the Scion is now a religious leader. The Progeny of Ragnos are basically going to be a mini-Son of Sadow deal for HMR. More on this soon, as I'm waiting on some distinguished members to do some tasks :p

Tarthos/Kar Alabrek/Ragnos Cathedral

This is also still ongoing, but I'm making progress. I've decided to put the Wiki and DoR projects ahead of this for now, so it'll be a while longer.

Wiki, Wiki, Wiki!

Ho-Ly Crap. If you haven't checked out the HMR Wiki pages lately, give them a glance. The Main HMR Page got a major makeover, we added a HMR History Page. We also cleaned up the prospectus and we're working on the DoR page. There's still some work to be be done, but you can definately see the difference. Check out the awesome Series we added to the HMR pages as well, makes finding things a lot easier. Big props to Alaric who's taken my delusional visions and done a lot of work on the Wikis. I guess I'll add this here, Alaric as Rollmaster is the go-to-guy for HMR Wiki pages. If you're gonna make any major changes, additions, ect, run it by him. This is one of his tasks as Rollmaster.

House Battleteams [Brief Update on Each Team]

Night Hawks [Activated Status]

Some people came, Some people went. Night Hawks was mostly unaffected by the changeroo that took place.

Night Raptors [Activated Status]

Night Raptors were activated this week, Tsingtao took over as BTL. They lost an XO to other leadership positions.

Night Falcons [Activated Status]

Night Falcons were activated this week, Nassin landed the BTL position and Mitsuhide took over as XO. Teu makes her apperance on the leadership front as the second Flight Leader.

Ravana Squadron [Deactivated Status]

Deactivated. Bout says it all :->

Avatars of Death [Deactivated Status]

Stayed deactivated. Yay for no change? :->

Conclusion [Until Next Time..]

I don't think this week will be nearly as ground breaking. If you play EaW come challenge me, I want to wtfpwn j00 a11. Keep an eye on the Wiki, lots of changes still incoming for the HMR part of the house.

As always, if you need anything, have some issues, think I'm a jackass, think Alaric's a jackass, or whatever, my door is always open (unless I'm with my lady friends, in which case, you = fail. Seriously tho, I'm here for you guys, including your RL issues you need to talk about.
