Sith Commander Report

--))-(The Paladins of Kressh)-((-

((Introduction of the Team))

Greetings to all of you. This is my first report as the Commander of this squadron, and as the Dragon Paladin. Some of you are most likely already curious about the title, so I will explain further on into this report. For now, let us begin with many thanks to those that have given me this chance here. For those wondering, this is Ludo Kressh's gaming only Battle Team. It is the first time that the Paladins of Kressh has ever been enlisted to serve under the banner of this house or this clan. We are a new team, and as to be expected many of our clansmen are going to be sceptical of us and our work. To be quite frank, I don't care and for those that doubt, than when the results come out of it you may doubt yourself then.

This is a Gaming Only Battle Team, meaning if you don't game don't even bother. This is not only a Gaming Only Battle Team, but one that accepts only those that are skilled, or willing to train to become skilled and also willing to train others in the games that they play. It is the hopes of those that established this team that we will build a team of not only great gamers, but great trainers as well. A team that can provide not only the support necessary to put our House and Clan on the tops in gaming, but also to guide the newer generations in the way we play and established well trained players to replace us one day.

The team has several strict codes it abides by, such as honoring each other, constant training, never back down from a challenge and several more. It are these things that makes the Paladins of Kressh different from any other team. Our members will establish bonds to each other tighter than most BTs will hope to accomplish. Our members will learn to sharpen all their skills in a game, and become a depended upon member of this House and Clan when it comes to the gaming community. Members will also be teachers of a sort, in the games they play. We require skill, but do not keep it to ourselves. A Paladin's goal is to train others as they would train themselves so that should our Order for any reason ever fall, the teachings can spread even without our standings here.

You will all come to see that we use different titles among our ranks. These are to signify a members standing as a badge of honor in most cases. When a member first joins the BT they are considered a Paladin, for a minimum of one week or until they have established themselves in a single platform well enough to teach it. Once this is done a member progresses to Master Paladin. We consider this the full fledged members of the team, as you're not truly fulfilling your entire oath to the team and house until you are able to train others. We call these beings Master Paladins not as a sign of their standings above normal Paladins but because they are in fact "Masters" in a sense of Master and Apprentice. They train and teach just like a normal Master of this house does, so there for they are Master Paladins. The next in line would be the FL of Flight Three - the Lord Paladin. This Paladin is 3rd in command of the PoK and is considered one of the leaders in the Order. The next is the FL of Flight Two - the Grand Paladin, whom is 2nd in command and would manage the Squadron in an event that the CMDR is absent. The leader of the PoK is the Dragon Paladin, aka the Squadron Commander. They manage the squadron daily and ensure that all is well.

Each Paladin will have a specific duty assigned to them and is expected to live up to the standards of being a Paladin of Kressh else wise they are removed back to normal duties in House Ludo Kressh.

((News))

Well the Squadron has finally opened! Hooray!! Much beer and women to be haven at the bars! Arr!!

In truth, we have spent the past few days working some final kinks out but we are needing members!! So if you own a game in the DBs Certified Gaming Platforms which the list which can be found at http://www.darkjedibrotherhood.com/wiki/index.php?title=Gaming_Nights and you feel like you want to step up and become a better gamer for yourself and your clan, than shoot us a quick application to [Log in to view e-mail addresses] and [Log in to view e-mail addresses] . The application doesn't need to be complicated. Just include your name, time in the clan, platform you've chosen to play, experience with the platform and why you would like to join. Takes about 10 minuets total. More than likely if you apply now you will be accepted, as we are needing members. So its a first come first serve type deal now. There will be no positions held for anyone, so if you want in please come now or forever hold your peace, or until another position opens.

The FL3, Lord Paladin, position is also open to Application. This application is much like the membership application, but also include your prior command experience if any. For those of you that have not held a command in the DB and are looking to get into one, this is your chance!! FL is an excellent first step job and we need someone ready to be part of something big in this house and clan. Preferably the person applying for this job will have some experience with graphics, but hey its just a plus.

Big congratulations to Robert Sadow, aka Bob on getting Aedile of the house. Next time you guys see him, give him a pat on the back and a query on what you can do to help out around the house. He's the pretty boy lookin dude on IRC - and is a pretty good guy. So give him your support in his tenuire as Aedile, and also to Quaestor Faeril.

((The Dragon Paladins Words of Wisdom))

So far the entire clan has been doing a lot of work in Jedi Academy, which is now being handled by Raven. So if you play Jedi Academy and are wanting to start training it up with us all, than you need to contact him via email or irc and let him know you want in. He has an interested management system being set up for it, and I like the way his is working this stuff out. Those in the Paladins of Kressh will of course have extra pink stars added to their "Good Dark Jedi" board for doing this. :-P

The feud is coming up real soon guys, this isnt just for the Battle Teams concern but the entire house. It will be a feud between HLK and HMR. It is essential that we maintain as the 1st house of this clan. Those that are veterans and understand what its like to be in a feud, be sure to guide our newer members in these times. Those that are new, pay attention to what the vets of the house tell ya. You will soon understand that there is more to winning a feud than talking about it. Its going to take all of our efforts to do this, but hey - HMR is not big giant to topple. To be honest we are going to have a bit of a rough time on the gaming end because HMR has most of the gamers from what I've seen, but then again I may be wrong. Either way - the entire house needs to be preparing for this feud, Im sure the QUA and AED will explain more on how. :-)

Once again many thanks to all those busting ass to help me get this project done, especially Horus Blackheart who has been training night and day with me at JA and helping me with ideas for the PoK. Also congratulations to him on receiving the Grand Paladin job - but it was a known fact that he was the most deserving of it. :-) Guys and Gals of House Ludo Kressh - I am not gonna badger anyone about anything, but I really do hope we win this bout against HMR. We've got several new leaders in HLK but I want all the people to see that its not the leadership that makes the difference in a feud, its the people in it. :-)
