Dark Greetings Cestus,

And hello, I am DJK Kazarelth Talismarr, and I am your new QUA! (It isn't reflected upon the Cestus page or on my dossier, though. ;P)

I shall point out a few things in this email regarding time-issues, activity-issues, House-fiction, and the two/three new positions that will be opened up now.

1.) I am a student, and my studies take a massive toll on my weekdays. And, since my timezone (+5.5 GMT) is quite ahead of most of you guys, I cannot be on IRC very frequently. But, I am reachable on email, which is quite efficient. Expect a reply from me in 24-36 hours if you do ask a question. On the every other weekend I shall roll out a QUA report, and (hopefully :P) organise a competition for the lot of you to participate in. Which brings me up to my next point:

2.) Activity: As of now, this House has 12 active members. Smaller groups are better at activity, I have seen. Yet inactivity has taken its toll on us. As far as I know, Cestus was represented by just a third of its active members in the recent Clan RO, including me. I do not know why the others did not participate, but I want to make sure that in the future, a lot of us do participate. For that purpose, I am asking every one of you to send me an email detailing your skills (Like writing, gaming, graphics or programming or anything else) within a week to me. 3.) Our House fiction is still very indistinct in its complexities. We do have a base (both figuratively and literally :P) on the Corsair, but there have not been major fiction projects on it. Thus, I say that the House RO started by Sato & co. is a pretty decent place to add to the fiction, although there is a need for a slight change in the overall plot. I shall do the needful with my assistant. Which brings me to this.

4.) AED, RM and CMDR (of the Hands) positions are OPEN!!!:

RM: I do not know if RM is still a valid position, however I feel that, with regard to the new people coming in, it is still a valid and useful position. Applicants can apply directly to me.

AED: I am of the opinion that with a new change in QUA, a new AED is always necessary. All interested members are to send me a full, detailed application with their ideas, interests and time-constraints mentioned on it. This post will be opened to the Clan at large.

CMDR: I shall select a member for this post, OR remain as CMDR if I deem fit. Applicants, if interested should send an email to me.
