It is with a great deal of pleasure I come before you all now to reward the work of two valuable members of the Dark Council. Both of these Council members are charged with running some of the most complex areas of the Dark Brotherhood. They have both worked hard since their acceptance onto the Council, and it is with the power of the Grand Master and Deputy Grand Master that I call forth Krath Priest Oscura Hei-Long and Sith Warlord Halcyon.

Krath Priest Oscura, in the name of the Grand Master I do hereby raise you to the rank of Krath Arch Priest, allowing you access to the power and knowledge accompanied by such an honored elevation. May you continue your descent into Darkness.

And you, Warlord Halcyon, have shown your dedication and devotion to Darkness time and time again. You more than deserve this honored increase in your personal power, and in the name of the Grand Master I do hereby recognize your continued exploration of Dark Side by granting you the rank of Sith Overlord.
