Welcome to another 'fun packed' report, or as I prefer to call it my 'Vanity Outlet'. Alas we have seen all manner of problems with the web site over the last three to four weeks which has made regular activities challanging at best. Still it appears (touch wood) we are over the worst of it now. And although there have been a few blips on the radar most seems to be working well. Though I appreciate all the effort the top brass has thrown and continues to throw at the ongoing coding I would like to express my appreciation for all of you lot for your patience and understand. It's not fun, but there you have it.

Despite the fun and games of web sites it has been a fairly interesting week or so, the feud results are being learnt at a trickle. It is daft and I know there have been issues with grading specific events, liasing with various Clan Summits, all compounded with the web site down time. So in short, I still don't know all the nitty gritty. I know quite a bit though, so I shall share with you what I do know later in this report.

*Web site back in business, AGAIN! *

Just when you think it was safe to get back into the water of web site surfing it all goes belly up. Still I understand they have the problems resolved. In light of all this, I think the best advice I can offer is remain vigilant. Every time you use the web site keep your eyes peeled for anything out the ordinary. If you spot something amiss, report it. In addition I would recommend you make sure you keep your own computer fully updated and patched, making sure to keep all your anti nasty software updated as well. Don't open links or files that look suspect, especially via email. If your not sure about something you have been sent by a friend, contact them first just to check it's legit. Other than that, have fun.

<font size="3">Feud Results Pending! </font><font size="2" face="Verdana, Arial, Helvetica, sans-serif">

Not quite done and dusted with the whole feud topic alas, but you will see a bit further into my report some feud results, not much but better than a big fat nothing. This House has done incredibly well but as soon as full results are known I shall let you all know.</font>

<font size="3">Arcona Need a Proconsul! </font><font size="2" face="Verdana, Arial, Helvetica, sans-serif">

The Consul of Clan Arcona has now been chosen, some know him as 'Dash' but to others it is Obelisk Exarch Sashar Arconae. Of course that leaves the position of Proconsul open and they have opened up the postition to the entire Brotherhood. If you fancy a shot at it, you have till tomorrow to get your applications in. Here is what Mister Sashar had to say on the matter:</font>

<font size="3">Family and Clan Census - CLOSED! </font><font size="2" face="Verdana, Arial, Helvetica, sans-serif">

The MAA (Master at Arms) has finished the Family and Clan Census, so if you missed the boat...well good luck with that. He also wanted to make it clear he loved all of us, accept those that he didn't. So I dare say some of you out now are feeling terribly loved. Good job!</font>

As hinted at in the beginning of my report I still don't know the details but it does look as though we are going to finish a comfortable second, there still remains an outside chance of doing even better but I think it's a safe bet to say we did very well indeed. I will list below what I have managed to glean about our success week by week, as for actual placings beyond that and who took part I do not know. But again, if you did take the time to take part I thank you.

If any of the above is incorrect, I apologise in advance. I have to piece this together from a few sources. I dare say you will all throw the book at me if I did mess anything up. Yes I did okay, as did Brema Sedul Nekaka and my favourite and yours Mister Jonaleth Isradia! Gentlemen, ladies, other...things, a very good job.

Not only does it appear that Plagueis get decent bragging rights but it also seems as though House Exar Kun is a clear winner in this Feud. If we can build on this incredible success for the next Great Jedi War, who knows. Anything can happen.

One last thing to cover. Ms Kara Rohana. The prevailing opinion is that no member, let alone in this House or Clan for that matter has quite managed to dominate such a large event, ever. Clearly she is a gaming guru, and like the terminator simply will not give up! I have already embarressed her enough on mIRC, email, microphone, hell probably even smoke signals too. So I wont further hammer home the point, accept to thank her from the bottom of my blackened, cursed heart.

In honour of her incredible feat, I have comissioned a statue in her honour. All that remains is for a member of this House to unveil the monument! Enjoy.

There's an interesting little web site that my wife tracked down recently, and no you can whipe those grins off your faces. It wasn't that kind of web site! Basically it allows you to create your own unique avatar for your character in a manga-esque style. I thought I would show you what happens when I had a go at it:

In other news, my wife was kind enough to pick up a copy of Halo 3 for me. It's old news to 99.9% of you, but for me I never did get round to picking up a copy. I was, if I am honest a little disappointed. Completed it on first play through within about 3 hours, which to be fair was on easy setting. Even so the game felt a little short and I had hoped to take part in large scale battles as opposed to the usual run through an area running into small mobs. What is it with that? I am the first to confess I lack no tactical ability at all. If someone threw a squad of men at me to command I'd probably end up being shot by my own men. But I don't know, these aliens show up on earth and rather than make any effort to dig themselves in, build fortifications they just sort of mill about, as though you were waiting for a train.

The brutes are rediculous, I got fed up of emptying clips into them and instead used an age old tactic. Beat them to death. Even on much higher settings they don't fare very well with being liberally beaten to death with the butt of your combat rifle. I also noticed that the enemy have changed their ideas about fighting a giant cyborg. I think they have finally realised meaningful combat with the Masterchief is utterly pointless. I noticed to my horror how they now grab vehicles and attempt to run me over! Worse still, my own men are out to get me! In one fight I was crushing the hapless Covenant as they attempted, quite uselessly to charge my heavy machine gun turret. Only for one of my own men to, casual as you like, lift up his rocket launcher and blow me into the middle of next week. "Sorry about that." the marine crys. Yeah, SCORE humanity.

I did die frequently in all fairness, I became very familiar with one particular form of death. Falling. I have this nasty habbit of jumping around the maps a lot, I must look like a total idiot when playing in multiplayer. I look like a demented bunny rabbit. Hop, hop, hop. Hop, hop....argghhhh. Yes I hop off ledges, cliffs, walls, shafts, you name it, I will human sky dive it. Not intentional I must add, I just have this natural gift for finding a death certified hole and, well, dropping in it.

Now I need to find a new game to sink my teeth into for my beloved Xbox 360, I know the obvious choice is Star Wars Force Unleashed. But I wasn't that impressed. I can almost hear the gasps of shock from here. It looks pretty, yeah. You can kill things in a variety of humerous ways. Fancy throwing a storm trooper off a cliff, go for it! Roast him alive with lightening? Why not! But to me it was just a glorified Golden Axe of yore, going from one end of the level to the other killing everything in your path. As a first play through it could be fun, just not sure it has any stamina in it. Perhaps one of you owns this little gem and can prove me wrong. But I am open for suggestions. Fable 2 maybe?

Another week passes by and with it marks my 10th week as Quaestor. Good grief, my does time fly. Wont be long till Christmas rolls around, frightening thought eh? Still this down time with the web site has allowed me to speak to a few of you personally over the phone. I have met some great people, not that I want any of those people to know that. Perish the thought.

Over the next few weeks I shall be having a look at quite a few areas that need review, the Clan Wiki needs an overhaul, BT's to sort out, competitions to arrange. Loads of things to do. So if any of you have ideas, or things that you would like a go at, then I encourage you to drop me an email. For some strange reason this House is starting to get a reputation for being a nice place to be, disgrace if you should ask me. Note to self, be mean!

But, I leave the best to last! I know Ms Kara is already running around doing a thousand things at once, BUT she took the time to put together a masterpiece. Just to avoid anyone getting upset, this picture is intended show the REAL us.
