All of the great leaders have had one characteristic in common: it was the willingness to confront unequivocally the major anxiety of their people in their time. This, and not much else, is the essence of leadership.
Bieten Macht Elols sets at his desk, gazing at his work that needs to be done. As he sorts though, he notices that today is his day to talk about the weeks happenings to the House. He scribbles down on a notepad what has happened over this past week, and anything he can remember that is going to happen in the near future. As he sets down his pencil, he reaches for the red button to turn on the intercom...
Good evening Tridens,
To start off my report, I would like congratulate Zero Raven on his recent promotion to ACO! He is on his way to earning his own light saber. And Cypha is now RM! Also, I would like to encourage everyone from APP to Master, to compete in the upcoming competitions. We love to give you medals and promotions, but we can't give them away for free!
Competitions
Tridens currently has two ongoing competitions/opportunities. The first is "Trace of Service and Honor." As Odin stated, "Tridens will see anyone who serve her properly and appropriately, to give her blood and breath. And service is not a sense of leading. It is a sense of sincerity, giving the best, giving the optimum, even the maximum one can do. It may come from all of you, Tridens' members. None shall feel abandoned or neglected. She appreciates the honor and knows better ways to return."
The other is "The Spirit of Movement." "Knowing is not enough, we must apply. Willingness is not enough we must do" - Goethe - We need to apply ourselves, and devote ourselves to our work. We can just want something, but that doesn't mean we will make the effort to complete the task needed to achieve that want. Lets start making that effort. Lets be the House that starts a revolution, and becomes the best! Let's be the house that has people joining because they see the amount of stuff we can get done when we all work together!
Upcoming
I will be running a competition very soon that literally only takes 60 seconds. I wanna see some participation, and I wanna see if anyone can beat my high score!
Roster
I decided to go ahead and post the entire roster, with every one's email. This is only in case we have another malfunction on the website. Now everyone will always be able to look at this email and get someones email from the house if they need it.

As Elols finishes his report, he rechecks his notepad to make sure that nothing has been left out. After he sees that everything is in order, he shuts off his intercom and begins shuffling papers again. He finds the papers he was looking for, and pushes his long dark hair off of his sweaty face. As he leaves you can hear the 'swish' of his robes down the hallway...
