Well its that time again, report time. Again I would like to say to my team. You all have been very active and its actually rough keeping up with you all which as a BTL I love that I have lots to keep up on. I would like to say, up front to ALL the member of SoD. Keep up the great work!

Promotions/Medals

Impetus M'Nar Palpatine: Legion of the Scholar x4

Asani Vosa: Was awarded her very first ever Merit Award, an Anteian Cross. This is a great achievement and a milestone for her just beginning her DB career. Congratulations Asani and well done...well done indeed.

Xathia: Recently with her resignation and transfer we lost Xathia to Arcona, we all wish her well. However, while she was one of us she received her first elevation. Xathia was elevated in a long overdue promotion to Krath Priest.! While she was a member of this Battle Team and our House. She served House Caliburus with distinction and was an outstanding member of this battle team. Congratulations to her on her elevation to E1!

Justin Wayne: Passed Pre-Republic History with a 100! Outstanding! And Old Republic History as well good job Justin!

Congratulations to the new Proselyte’s.

There was another Proselyte awarded to Rayne : Rayne - Proselyte of Beauty - June 2008, however, since she was the BTL of another Squadron she will of course be remaining there and not becoming a member of SoD as is tradition, however, sometimes suspension of tradition is necessary in special cases like this. Congratulations to her as well!

Now I am not one to wave my own banner but recently the Clan honored me in a way that I have always dreamed of. I worked hard and all I can say is thank you to the clan and house leaders for acknowledging me in this way, it is something I have strived for and achieving it makes it all the sweeter. In a rare case, I and Robin Hawk were given the honor in recognition of our deeds to the clan of becoming Dark Paladins of the Clan. It is a great honor and the highest given to a non summit member by the clan leaders. I am very touched and honored they recognized me thus.

DB News:

The site is up and working again, Yay! Jac and his boys are really to be commended with all the problems they have had with the database, most people would have lost unbelievable amounts of data solving a problem on this scale. It just goes to show you we have an excellent Seneschal in Jac and his team is outstanding. If you get a chance just throw a thank you his way if you see him on IRC. He deserves a few pats on the back for saving all the info he did.

Also thanks to Ras, Rasilvenaira, for those that don’t know her. We have a wonderful Wiki of the Obsidian Palace and a nice picture to boot. Its be a long time in coming that our houses wiki be updated. Also look for the house website to be updated by Ras as well. She is the Houses former Quaestor and she is back with a vengeance…in her words…RAWR! Hehe. Seriously though she has been working on the house website and the house wiki a lot and you all should check it out.

When you look at the house wiki also note that at the top of the page there is also a House Prospectus, I HIGHLY suggest you read it to get a flavor of the houses internal workings and history.

Also the Brotherhood just instituted a DB wide promotion standard for Journeymen. It is what all clans will be using to gage if a journeyman has passed the trials with enough to be considered for promotion. I would read this page of I were a journeyman as your Master and Roll Master will be using it to gage if you’re ready for a promotion recommendation.
