_ “Grand Marshal, Intelligence reports aren’t looking good. This rabble rousing seems to be a bit more than that; it might actually be an organized Rebellion. You must advise the Emperor at once.” Remarked the military official.

“Yes, indeed. Plot a course for Judecca. Consider this evaluation over. Send communiqués to the entire fleet. Basilisk and Adenn are to join the Excidium and await orders near Ptolomea. Fury and Warspite are to join forces and wait near Antenora. The Indomitable will return to Judecca and go into orbit. At 1400 hours, Basilisk is to depart from Ptolomea and go into orbit over Caina. All ships are advised to keep their eyes open for any unregistered ships. Use Lethal force, if deemed necessary.” The Grand Marshal ordered, as he began to look over the intelligence report.

“Aye, Sir. Coordinates set for jump on your command.” The commanding officer replied.

“Stick around until the rest of the fleet has jumped, do a final scan of the area, and be lets be on our way. I will be in my quarters.” The Grand Marshal said.

The Captain saluted, and went about executing the orders. Thirteen and a half consecutive days of rigorous training exercises had given the fleet some faith in their new leader. He tried, very hard, to earn their trust. Thran left the bridge, waltzing down the corridors and turbolifts to his ornately decorated ready-room. He sat in a chair, reviewing the intelligence reports. How was it possible for such an organized movement to have developed so quickly? The report displayed information about the leadership structure. It was a system run by three arms. One, the political giant, two, the genius revolutionary philosopher, three, the cold blooded murderous bastard. A list of up to seventy lieutenants was also added to the report.

Thran Occasus sat in the fine leather lounge, and poured over the file. This would be his first opportunity to prove to the Clan that he was the savior they had been waiting for. The inaction of the Clan superiors had brought about this would-be revolution. He sighed, and a buzz came at the intercom.

“Lord Marshal, Your personal Bodyguard has arrived…” said the reluctant Captain.

“Show him in, Captain.” Thran remarked.

She coughed. “I will show HER in, Sir.” The Admiral said.

“Her?” he remarked.

Minutes later, the austerely dressed Captain brought the bodyguard into the room. Thran looked up from his reports, he gazed at the woman. She was powerful, and she knew it. Her clothes were gaudy, and she was, for lack of better terms, smoking hot. Thran’s mouth dropped.

“The name is Ava Armada…Pleased to meet you too. I’ll be making sure you have protection, Mr. Occasus. I’ll make sure that you get everything you need…ok, sir?” she said, resting her hand on her curvaceous hips.

Thran stood up. “God bless Lucien…” Thran said with a smile. He added “I love my job…”

She smiled, resting her hand on her holdout blaster. Though she was an attractive woman, she was not one to be trifled with. She could break a man’s arm in 4 places, and break his heart in even more. She eyed her new contract, pleased that she volunteered for this security job. Thran got a glimmer in his eye.

“Can I offer you a drink while we get to know each other?” He said, laying it on smooth.

“Don’t get any ideas, Mr. Occasus…This is business.” Ava said.

“Damn Lucien…” the Proconsul said aloud…

<b> A Few DJB Changes</b>

For those of you that are not up to date, here are some major changes.

First up, DJM Halc has replaced Sith-Bloodfyre as Combat Master of the ACC. This comes as quite a shock, but DJM Halc has been around the Block before.

Next, Orv has replaced Jac as the DJBs Seneschal. The Seneschal is responsible for all of the coding things that happen for the club. Good luck to Orv!

Finally, if you’ve been under a Rock…The new Character Sheets are out! They are pretty cool and if you haven’t looked yet, take a look!

When the sun sets...

From the inner city to the deepest and darkest wilderness, the onset of night brings about change. The scum of the universe, the most terrifying of monsters, and the wildest of people creep out from under their rocks. Evil men often strike by night, when they are obscurred by darkness. Predators come out to hunt, when prey is easily confused by the haunting sounds of night. Party people slip into their 9s and go out on the town. Write a short fiction, 2-4 pages, about what happens, your own nightlife, the nightlife of others, and finally who or what comes out for you to see when the sun sets.

The only stipulation of this topic is that it be set between sundown and sunrise.

What is the deal with winter? It snows and gets dark at like 4:00 in the afternoon…I hate winter. Its all icy and stuff…I think we should all be given TaunTauns…I’d cut that thing open, so I can be warm for at least 3 minutes of the next 4 months...
