Preamble (Fiction) <- **</font>
Too soon. It was too soon.
Tirna trod her way through the corridors of the BAC _Darkest Night_, her aura bristling with dark energy. Her white hair was arranged messily around her crown, her eyes dark with thought. She wandered with seeming aimlessness as she strode through the corridors, her path finally taking her to one of the viewports where she stood in the darkness, staring into the vast vacuum.
How had she ended up Aedile so soon?
A sigh escaped her soft lips, a faint smirk tugging at one side of her lips. She knew how. Everything about her screamed confidence and a desire for power whether she wanted it conciously or not. Try as she might she could not avoid the chains of leadership. It was in her blood, an undeniable part of her psyche.
So why not take advantage of it?
She laid her forehead against the cool glass, thoughtful as her breath steamed against the cold surface. Her grey eyes were closed, lashes as white as the rest of her hair, a victim -- the first of many -- of her Dark Side Syndrome. These people had no idea what they were unleashing upon the House when they chose her. How could they know of her past when she had barely spoken two words since she came into residence?
But they would know soon enough.
Eyes flicking open, she turned about, heading to her office.

 ACC Qualification Battles
 The new Combat Master is asking for Clans to help their own qualify in the ACC for the upcoming Great Jedi War. If you still need to be qualified or are willing to help qualify someone drop the Clan or House leadership a mail and let us known.

 Congratulations go out to Rho Ozrei d'Tana who was appointed the Clan Rollmaster after reviewing the various applications received for the position. Congratulations go out to him and of course drinks of various toxicity are on him.

 With the appointment of Orv as the new Seneschal Galeres found itself in need of a new Aedile and I am pleased and happy to be filling that position for this awesome House. I look forward to serving you all well in the months to come.

 **[DJB] New Year's Console Comp**
 When: January 02, 2009 - January 16, 2009
 Where: Call of Duty 4 OR Halo 3
 Awards:
 Cluster of Fire (CF) for Matches Played; 2nd Level Crescents for top three
 We're going to try this console deal out with two games that Angelo knows are played around the world: Call of Duty 4 and Halo 3. Matches will be reported under "Other Gaming" via the "Submit Gaming Scores" option on the admin screen. For the platform, please put "other" and then type in either CoD4 or Halo 3 in the blank.
 **[DJB] Trivia For Everyone!**
 When: October 8, 2008 - October 8, 2009
 Where: #DB on Undernet IRC
 Awards:
 Legion of the Scholar (LoS)
 Kir will host standard SW/DB trivia in #db at random times in an effort to encourage more IRC usage and generally just increase the fun level online. The trivia sessions will always be at least 15 questions long, potentially more if he's feeling frisky.

 Cluster of Fire (CF) per 30m, max of 2 per Lesson
 Details: Training sessions will be held by me as the trainer in pre-determined appointment, and will cover primarily on MP 1v1, and if there are enough players; MP 2v2 and beyond.
The main reasoning behind this training is for the sole purpose of improving your skill level and enhancing the Clan's participation levels on EaW gaming platform.

 Details: Yes, it's back. In the light of #arcona's age-old trivia tradition, Solus is bringing back the trivia to the place where it belongs. With approval from the Clan Summit, of course.
Every week, Solus (or one of his charming assistants) shall host a round of trivia in our lovely Clan channel. Questions will of course feature a lot of Star Wars and DB elements, but since SW trivia alone gets boring after a while, we'll throw in the occasional themed trivia about something completely unrelated, but terribly interesting (such as history, cause everyone needs their knowledge broadened).

 Details: IRC is a great medium that allows us to stay in live touch with each other. mIRC, Mibbit, and xChat are all exellent IRC clients. We can be found on the IRC Undernet network in #DB and #Arcona.
 **Antei Combat Centre**
 When: Anytime

 Awards:
 None
 Details: Participants can compete in this written combat medium once they have passed the ACC Initiates exam and filled out an old character sheet and gotten it approved by the Combat Master or one of his staff. Participants take turns posting parts of the story to a threaded combat log and oonclude with a finishing post. The match is afterward judged by the ACC staff to determine who was the better author and winner of the match.

Postamble <- **</font>
Normally this part would be another snippet of fiction for your reading enjoyment but I wanted to write a short address to the House since this is my first report, the first of what I hope to be many.
I want to thank Xathia for her confidence in me to fullfill the post of Aedile after the short but awesome tenure of Orv. I hope that my vast array of leadership experience within the Dark Jedi Brotherhood and beyond will serve this House well as we enter the New Year and soon the Great Jedi War. I also want to thank the Clan Summit, Dash and Vorion, for their confidence in me. With being back into leadership so soon after my return from inactivity I am flattered and humbled by their confidence in me.
I always have an open door policy. If you have a problem or a question I want to know about it. I am not judgemental and I am here to serve you, the membership. I have great plans for this House but I want to make sure those plans coincide with what the House wants. If you have an idea or a suggestion for something you would like to see done in this House please don't hesitate to bring it to me either via email, IRC, or any other medium. I will always make sure you get full credit for any ideas that I use.
Many thanks to the membership for their warm and kind welcome and their understanding as I dealt with a number of real life issues such as a rather major move and working to get settled in, both into the Brotherhood and my new home. You have my deepest and most sincere appreciation and I will endevour to return that confidence and understanding back in actions, bringing new activities and competitions to this unit and reviving out mailing list, message board, and overall sense of community in the coming months.
I suppose that is enough rambling from me. Look forward to my reports each Thursday from now on!
