Well, everyone, I'm releasing a medal guide that should help everyone with writing reccomendations that will be approved and people will be proud to have displaying in their dossiers. This means things such as capitalization and decent grammar should be present in your reccomendations - would you want any less on one of your medals? In addition to minor issues like that, this guide addresses things such as which medal to award for what circumstances, and, on the same token, what medals NOT to award for certain circumstances.

I have to thank DA Shadow Virus, the QUA of Ektrosis, aka Belzy, for providing the majority of this guide. All I added were a few minor revisions and touch-ups: most of this is the fruit of his reign as Chancellor before the split.
