Consul Report #1

Introduction

Few individuals ever received this chance. The Throne of Plagueis had for four long years, in which three wars had been faught, been sat upon by Braecen Kaeth. Now, after an insurrection, Alaris Jinn di Plagia finally sat upon it as the 10th Consul. Supreme Commander, Dictator, Prelate, di Plagia. Jinn had racked up quite the resume, but his vision had other places to go. He had the resources of an entire Clan to draw upon in his goal to acheive that which he had long sought to bring about, an end to corruption.

Brothers and Sisters of the Ascendant Clan

Plagueis is thriving. There are a lot of people to thank for this. People who work their behinds off week after week to rack in the Crescents and Promotions, to provide compeitions, and to provide a great environment for Plagueis to continue to exist in. But there is one person who stands out amongst all of us. Braecen has served all of us as Consul, mentor, master, teacher, councillor, phsyciatrist, ally and friend. There is no way to thank him enough. I have had several people come to me and suggest ways to thank Braecen and I don't think that I have said no to a single one.

Kara combined a large amount of thank you notes from the members of Plagueis and created a video for him with all of those messages. Thank you for that Kara, it was a great thought and I'm sure he appreciates it a whole lot. Eludajae presented me with the idea of creating a fictional position entirely for Braecen, the Permanent position of Lord Protector, who serves as the keeper of the Roll of Consuls and Roll of Tyrants as well as having other fictional aspects to it. And there are other things coming his way as well.

Shadow Academy: There are a few new courses available to you, the Force Cults Course and the Advanced CoJ course. In addition, the first Course Based Dark Sage, the Law Degree, has been released. For those of you who have served as JST or HoJ, I would highly recommend taking a look at the course requirements for that. Also, there's a Journeyman Comp from Aabs. Life with Alaris

This last week has been a hectic one for me. I was in rehearsal every day from 9-5 and found myself at night with my usual IRC time to keep me alive. I found my respite in Mirror's Edge. Oh, good heavens. For those of you who are not blessed with an X-Box 360, Mirror's Edge is a very much like the running, jumping, climbing that you will find in Prince of Persia... only in first person. After trying a stupid amount of times to get the "May I have this dance" acheivement and retrieving every "bag" in the game, it's 6 AM and I have rehearsal in 3 hours. I'm exhausted the next day... but it's worth it.

I had my show at Blue Mountain Resort in Collingwood, Ontario on Friday evening and it went over extremely well. So 32 Hours of rehearsal also seemed to be worth it.

Conclusion

For all of you who said the Red Wings have no goaltending, how about allowing Sidney Crosby no point in 2 games. Chris Osgood is amazing. Wings are up 2-0 against teh Pens. Let's Go, Red Wings.
