Inter-phyle competition

Ok, some points:

• Not everyone in the DB is happy to carry out in character conversations. At present, please limit this to:
  

Alanna, Trevarus, Tissaya, Ciara, Vithril, Vassan

Here (www.krath.org/roleplay.php) is a list of people who have been briefed and are happy to play in character, and I'll expand this as we get more people involved. I'm going to assume that all participants in the competition are happy to do this, unless they say otherwise.

• The office of the KHP and Oracle have been continuing their investigations and the following people may have some more information if approached on irc or e-mail:
