Aedile Report

Greetings Cestus,

This is your bi-weekly Aedile's report. I'll try to keep it short :)

The challenges we all face

I hope everyone is fairing well in these trying times. I’ve learned something in my 36 years of life, the tougher things get, the tougher you get and you find yourself being able to get through things that you never thought you could. Wither that be classes in college or your day at work or even in the Dark Jedi Brotherhood; the trials we face each and everyday make us stronger and more capable to face nearly anything that life may through in our way.

The shroud of the darkside

As Dark Jedi of Tarentum we face our challengers head on and show them why it is unwise to challenge the might of the Sith, Obelisk and Krath as we slowly torture them until they beg for their mommies. People who don’t know the power call us twisted and demented as we create more horrors than the average person could comprehend. The Jedi and their talk of peace, pfft, they don’t know what true power is and what it takes to keep that power. With that said, a symbol of the clan’s power has been stolen, the MC-80 Renegade. Many of us are all too familiar with that vessel and the memories it brings back are quite powerful. Those unfamiliar with the story of Tarentum and the Renegade can find the runon here: http://www.darkjedibrotherhood.com/forum/index.php?showtopic=5353

CLAN STORY – Competitions

Tracking: With the Renegade having slipped into hyperspace, we must attempt to locate it. Using your skills, whatever they may be, do your best to locate the ship. Where does it end up? How do you find out, and how do you relay this to the clan? What complications, if any, do you encounter?

Submission due today, 8/16/2009, so get those into Anshar & Oberst as soon as possible.

Gaming is still continuing throughout the competition.

Wrapping up:

I just want to say keep up the good work everyone. We’ve all had some sacrifices in life, your Aedile has had his share lately with working two jobs and trying to have a family life still. Believe me, its tough, and its one of the reasons who all don’t see me on IRC anymore. Just remember that I am always available via email which I check religiously at least twice a day. Of course, our exceptional Quaestor is doing a great job at getting to any and all of your concerns as well. I am proud of our house, I am proud of all of you for continuing to grow and make the Dark Jedi Brotherhood the fun environment it is.

Thanks all, keep up the good work
