Aedile Adjustments

(Ahem) Sorry, I found that to be appropriate. Anyway, yes, it is true; our dear Vai Azexel will be stepping down as Aedile on October 1st due to real life really taking a bite out of him. I wish him the best of luck in all his endeavors and hope his situation gets better soon. Vai also will continue to assist the house as much as he can.

In the meantime, the clan summit and I have decided that there is no better pick to be Vai's successor than Ji K'awiil, our current Rollmaster. He will continue his RM duties until October, but congratulations on your appointment, Ji! I look forward to having you as my second-in-command!

Rollmaster Applications

With Ji stepping up to the job of Aedile on the 1st, I think you all know what that means; it's time for Rollmaster applications! Last time, I decided to hold these applications clan-wide and only got one application; this time, I will attempt to hold them solely house-wide because I know many of you, some Equites included are interested in a house summit position. Attached to this e-mail is a document that has everything you need to know about submitting an application. You get 11 days to do this; the deadline is September 30th. If I do not receive any applications or insufficient ones, I will open the position up for the entire clan.

Anshar has stated that he will most likely introduce the third part of the Obsidian Blade story this weekend, so get pumped!

Other Competitions

Until October 1st, when Ji is officially Aedile, I will e-mail the house competition reminders each Monday, so it's up to you to check when it's not Monday and keep track of the other reminders I send beforehand. However, there are four new competitions that will begin tomorrow if they are approved on time; if you want to take a look at them, check out the "Upcoming Competitions" section in the competition listing under the website's "Main" tab. Also: One of those four competitions in particular will involve a separate e-mail from me every week, which you can reply to by submitting the correct answer for the question I put in the e-mail. Confused? You'll see tomorrow.

Note: Two of the competitions are designated only to Journeymen or Equites each. If you are the rank of DJK and below, you are a Journeyman. If you are SW/OT/KP and up, you are an Equite. Doesn't get simpler than that.
