Now, we’ve had a calm week going and therefore I will keep the recount of last week to my Aedile’s report that has already been published. Instead I am going to point out a project that is nearly as old as this here Brotherhood. The Master Student Mentoring Program or in Short MSP or MSMP.

I would like all members under DJK to get into this program but realise that this won’t happen since a successful pairing depends on the compatibility between Master and Student, the ability of the Student to fit in this program and the willingness of both to make it work. At this time we don’t have that big a pool of Masters to pick from (DJK and above) and I have therefore instructed our Rollmaster Koga to make sure every member under DJK receives a bi-weekly mail explaining what they have to do to reach the next level.

Also, for those of you who aren’t paired up in the MSP, A little while ago I spoke to Ralph Vundu, a former Aedile, and he is willing to mentor/aid those members under DJK, without a master. So, masterless members of HEK, if you have questions regarding advancement, or wish some instruction/hints to go about getting promoted… Speak to Ralph, remember, the summit (QUA, AED and RM (even BTL)) are also there to help but Ralph will be an additional contact.

For members above DJK who wish to know how to advance further or how far they are from a promo, you can always contact me to go over the information together and my door is always open for all my members (I really should see about fixing the lock on that thing) so don’t be shy.
