There was a loud crash as Kaira tripped over a foot stool covered by the mountains of paperwork left undone in the short time since she was named to the office. Her new rollmaster office was a disaster area. The young woman heard the door open behind her as she heard a rather loud laugh from who she could only guess was Fang and Cassie. As they stood there laughing, Kaira pushed herself up off of the floor and turned on them rather quickly.

Laugh it up, you two. Why dont you two help me out here rather then spending your time laughing at me?

Her voice was rather harsh as she put her right hand up on her desk to help right herself fully. There was another loud crash how ever just then has her hand inadvertently knocked a stack of data disks off her desk landing on her feet as she yelped in pain. All Kaira heard then was more laugher from the two standing just inside the doorway now. She had her own personal peanut gallery to laugh at her.

Oh come on guys, give me a hand. Just then she heard them both start clapping and laughing.

There was a rather long scowl on Kairas face as she stood there glaring at both fang and Cassie. What was with them? Maybe this mess was partly there doing. It would have been a nice joke to play on the new girl. Kaira only hoped that all of this work could be done quickly. Only thing was she knew her luck would not be that good as she looked over at the other leaders.

Is all this work that needs to be done?

Yep, good luck with that Kaira. Cassie said with a sweet smile on her face.

Youve got to be joking. This much work piled up in a week? Arcadian really did a lot around here. I wonder how I will ever be able to fill his shoes. Now, youre sure he went on vacation, right? He didnt get lost in this room before he could make a break for it? Kaira laughed at the thought of someone, maybe even a young recruit getting lost in the mess.

A report from your new Rollmaster, well that in and of itself is news right? Well if you have not heard yet I am your new house Rollmaster, Kaira Rohana. I am here to work for you. Thats right, I am going to be setting up a few activities in the coming months but for right now we have a lot going on so lets get to just that.

It is October and school is well underway once more. The leaves are changing as they start to fall from the trees and Halloween will be here before you know it. So that brings me to our latest clan event. Horror Nights, brought you by Koga Kage, Rollmaster for HEK and our very own Battleteam leader Fang. I would like it if you all got busy on those contests. Remember to get anywhere in the Brotherhood you need to do a few contests. Here is a great shot for you to do a few very fun contests.

Also we have a run on going on with the horror nights and our house has a fun run on that our great leader Kal started not too long ago. Make sure to stop by the boards as soon as you can to try out your hand with posting. Remember if you need help with a post talk to one of your fellow house members and I am sure they will be more than happy to lend you a hand.

In other news there are a number of positions around the Brotherhood opening up right now. However you young Journeymen need to think am I ready for that kind of job? More then likely most have a rank as well as leadership experience as requirements so if you want to try go right ahead but remember if you dont get it there is always next time.

Due to just starting on the job I am still working out who has a master and who does not. If you dont have a master and would like one please drop me an email so I can get a master for you. If you are a member who wishes to have a student and are at the rank of DJK or higher drop me a line to tell me you are interested in having a student.

Hopefully by the time my next report is out I will have more info in this area for you all.

These first few days on the job have been rewarding. I am learning a lot of new things. I really hope to keep learning and helping my house as well as all of the new people who join the site. I want to push you all you new people to get started on your tasks to get your next rank. The harder you work the more rewarded you will be. Just look at all I have done that should show you how if you work hard you will see rewards.

So I challenge you all to get busy and compete in the contests for Halloween. They are going to be fun and remember there are Run ons on the Forums to participate in. Get over there and post.
