ROLLMASTER REPORT

DECEMBER 12, 2009

Greetings Naga Sadow,

I have been given the honor of being named the Clan Rollmaster for Clan Naga Sadow and have spent my first few weeks slowly getting things organized and building a structure for the future of our Clan. My main two tasks are to develop and operate the Order of the Black Guard and our Clan’s Master Student program. These however are not the only things I will be focused on as I will put forth my efforts in assisting new and old members, offering my assistance to all Summit positions of our Clan, as well as developing my own projects and such for the Rollmaster office. I am excited about the future of our Clan and as always will do whatever is needed of me to help our Clan grow and succeed.

MASTER STUDENT PROGRAM

A new rule has been added to the program, details below.

Rule of Two

"Always two there are... a Master and an apprentice..."

Each Master will be allowed only one Student at a given time, unless given special permission from the Clan Rollmaster. This is for many reasons including; so that each student will get the full attention of their Master, to keep Masters from overloading themselves or neglecting one Student while favoring another, and to make sure all available Masters are utilized.

If at any time the number of available Students exceeds available Masters then multiple students will be allowed.

ORDER OF THE BLACK GUARD

Lots and lots of updates/alterations to the Black Guard please read the WIKI article when you get an opportunity. Below is an overview of the Rules of the Order.

•Black Guards are chosen every three months through competition.

•Potential Black Guards must be at least Protector in rank.

•The Captain of the Guard/Rollmaster co-ordinates the Order.

•All Summit members including Battleteam Leaders are not eligible for the Guard.

•Quaestor and Aedile Black Guardsmen MUST be a member in the coinciding House (ie. HMR QUA Black Guard must be a member of HMR)

oIf Quaestor or Aedile Black Guardsmen transfers to another House IN Clan Naga Sadow during term they will be allowed to finish said term.

•If a Guard member during an active term transfers to Rogue or another Clan or is promoted to a leadership position, that Summit member will have two options:

oA. Hold a new competition to appoint a replacement.

oB. Choose a replacement from the Black Guard reserves roster.

So that is just an overview of a few things, lots of other updates on the WIKI, so read when you get a chance. More to come in the future to help continue to build the Order and hopefully bring it to the potential it has.

If you have Mastered one or more Students to the rank of Dark Jedi Knight please contact me and let me know the names of those Students.

If you were mentored to the rank of Dark Jedi Knight by a Master please contact me and let me know the name of your Master.

If you have ever been a member of the Order of the Black Guard please contact me and let me know the individual you were assigned to. If a member of the Order more than once, please list all terms.

CONCLUSION

Just a quick update and overview of the changes I have made the last few weeks. I believe by building a strong foundation of these programs and STICKING to it will help give them some success. As the programs get some support and I see a new found energy with them I will continue to develop them making new additions to help them grow.
