Cethgus stood watching the training that was taking part, he had been making sure that his team was working none stop these days preparing them for the future. Each day he would have them exercising as well as doing other work, to make sure that they were in top condition.

As he watched them finishing up there combat drills, he knew that no matter what he had to make sure that he pushed them harder and continued to push them, he was determined to make them strive to be the best that they could be.

News:

Well, for the main thing that we all need to start to focus on, the RoS will be approaching soon, this means that I want to see all of you preparing to hit this RoS with the best amount of work that is possible. So I want you to work hard and make sure that we do our best when the time comes. I know that it is possible for you all to do that.

Also I would like to say, that I hope each of you have a good Christmas, as this will be the last report before Christmas, I hope you all have a good one, and make sure that you enjoy it, cause when we get back its straight back to hard work, and I want to make sure everyone is on top form.

Medals:

Again no medals this week, but I have released competitions out so you will be able to pick medals up easily now. So get cracking on those competitions everyone and make sure that you all aim to give this your best possible shot. So keep working, and I want to see as many entries as possible, and I hope you all give me funny ones as I look forward to reading them.

Shadow Academy:

Again, I haven’t seen much so I hope that you will all find the time to try and take part in some of the courses the shadow academy has to offer. You will all be able to find something that takes intrest for you, so I hope you all try and do something this holiday, I know I will be, so if you ever feel like trying to get a maven go for it, it will help you in the long run.

Antei Combat Centre:

I would like to see a few of you taking part in the ACC, I know that it does take time up, but I hope that everyone is willing to give it a shoot soon, and I know that you are all able to take part, so if some of you are willing to give it a shoot, please feel free to ask me and I will be able to help you, even if you want to have a fight with me I’m fine with that as well, just throw me a challenge.

Promotions:

No promotions are going on at the moment, but as I said, the RoS is coming up soon, so give it a try its defiantly work making sure you give it your all, and who knows there might be a promotion coming your way soon. So just keep working, and you will be rewarded so just keep working as best you can and making sure that you are able to do your best during the RoS.
