Just like I said before I am the new leader of Phoenix here in Ektrosis. As I suggested in my first email to you, there will be (hopefully) a lot change in the future. A Battleteam lives through the activity of its members and this one came in my opinion too short in the last time. At first, I will start several competitions in a few days and all will be held in March. I want for these Competitions that all (!!!) members of the Battleteams participate in them. I also would like to point that in future members who do not participate in the activities will be excluded from the Battleteam, this may sound hard but only in such a way we can achieve a constant degree of activity . Also I would like to ask all members of the Battleteam that if they are online on MIRC to log in the channel of the Battleteam (# pheonix_phyle). This is above all to make it a little bit easier to see which members are active. My priorities for the near future are:
Achieve a consistently high level of activity of the members.
Gaining new members over for the Battleteam.
Outsourcing the inactive members from the Battleteam.
Our Quaestor Shaz'air Taldrya Rathden has recently been promoted to the rank of Prelate be sure to congratulate him. Since I've been Battleteamleader for only a couple of days and this is my first Report I haven't seen a specific Member that have shown much activity.
